The pizza was top tier! I had a pepperoni, bacon, and sausage pizza that had the perfect amount of spiciness to it! It being cut into squares was a nice touch! It was ready in the time window expected, and the service was good upon pickup. I will be going back the next time I'm in Columbus/Gahanna, Ohio! I would most definitely recommend it! Ange's Pizza has gained a returning customer in me!

Never go to the gahana location. Terrible I usually go to the Karl road store but was in the Gahana area so I ordered from there. Little bit of cheese barely put pepperonis and it was burnt.

While the food was amazing, being shamed for ordering pick up through DoorDash from the employee was awkward and weird. We selected this pizza place because we had a credit from DoorDash to try something new (a big credit offered to try Ange’s). We were excited to finally give them a try and jumped at the chance to try our local pizza place. When we arrived to pick up the order, the woman working the counter loudly shamed me for ordering through DoorDash. Said I was overcharged and to call there directly instead next time. When I said: Oh we had coupons and a credit to try this, she grabbed coupons and said here then! Even better she then had the nerve to claim DoorDash stole the tip "if one was even left. Have a blessed day." And stomps off. This was around 5:00pm on a Monday. Again, the pizza was good, kids loved the cheese sticks and their small pizza. But hard pass— We will stick to the other 5 places within blocks of this store.

Enjoyed the food. Charging a "technology fee" to pay via credit card in 2024 is insane. Factor this "fee" into your prices and adjust them accordingly! Every business has no issue occasionally raising prices to adjust to the market, so just include this in it!

Crust was horrible and manager admitted there was a problem with that batch of dough and only offered 5 bucks off the 3 pizzas I ordered.. I order from there all the time but never again. Shame on you for not making this right, now I know you really don't give a darn anymore about quality.

When I placed the order it was 45 minutes to deliver and it’s been over an hour. I called to check on my order and ask for compensation. I was transferred to your manger and He said my order just came out of the oven and ask if I want the order or not. He also said they don’t go off online orders. I have ordered from other stores and they always go off what’s online.

Used to be good until they decided to hire some 40 year old heroin addict to make their food, answer the phone AND deliver the food. I gave this MFer a ten dollar tip and he handed me back a bunch of ones. Five at a time. Got the food in and it was black and had six cups of cheese on it. Nobody answered the phone when I called back about it either. Never ordering anything from this place again. Worst food I've eaten in five years.

When the pizza here is good, its great. Some of the best in the city. That’s about half the time.Ordered tonight, was supposed to be 45 minutes. I know, it’sa Friday they’re busy. So, i call at an hour. “It’s on its way out the door right now.” Ok. That’s fine.Another 30 minutes go by so i call to cancel. At this point it’s been 90 minutes. They called the driver, who apparently finally had my food and told him to bring it back.Not even so much as a “ sorry for the inconvenience.”
