Their kitchen scales are broken and they will short you multiple times on meat and when you confront them they will blame the customer and take absolutely no accountability and they won’t let you speak to a manager. I would stay far away from this location. Their just stealing people’s money.

All 3 of the lobby doors were locked at 6pm on Sunday 11/3, sign on the door said lobby was opened til 10pm. Went somewhere else for food.

Gross... thick cut beef... order was wrong... understaffed.
Roast beef warm-far from hot. Took forever from ordering the first time (had to repeat order after a minute waiting). Finally asked to pull forward. Waiting 5 minutes to pay and get my food. No sauce and I sat there another minute and the window opened. He looked at me and I said I didn’t get my sauces. He knew what they were and handed them to me. Girl inside “helping” him wasn’t off her phone the entire time including delivering trays to the counter. By time I left there was a line around the store! Good luck!!

First time at this restaurant. Ordered a double beef and cheddar, got charged for one, and got the laziest and smallest sandwich I've ever seen. Not worth the money.
