We happen to like Baskin Robbins Hot Fudge sauce, but the quality of their ice cream does not compare to Graeter’s. That being said, they would NOTsell me a container of only their sauce, even when I offered to pay for a sundae made with only hot fudge! They are worried about their supply, but if I’m willing to pay for it, what is their problem. Another instance of poor management that will eventually lead to their demise. Instead of a happy and potentially repeat customer, you sell nothing, and lose future revenue.

Very disappointed with my experience. I have to drive 30 miles to even get this ice cream. Ordered my ice cream and she started making it with the wrong flavor. I corrected her and thought she put the right one in it. Turns out it was not the right one. Last time I came they didn't have chocolate peanut butter. It is the only flavor I like so I didnt get it either. Very very disappointing!!!

This establishment and honestly, all Dunkin franchises in the city, need to be closed. All ran by the same type of people who do not train their employees, does not care about their food quality, and have terrible attitudes. Asked what ice cream was available and this man rambled off the ice cream flavors faster than I've ever heard a normal person speak expecting me to understand. I just settled for the one flavor I could make out and was met with literally THE tiniest one scoop of ice cream I've ever seen. And for 3$? Train your employees to have some competency in their job or don't own an establishment in general.
