It's a BobEvans. Staff is nice and this one was well staffed on the most recent visit. Restroom could use some TLC with certain fixtures broken. The restaurant itself was fine though I found the booths lacking lower back support. The food was standard and comfortable. If you want Bob Evans, it's worth coming to this one

Came here for a thanksgiving lunch with family, and as always the food was great and service was fast! Our waitress was kind and so great! 5/5 for sure, will be coming back to this one! French toast is amazing make sure to try it! :)

We ordered the Thanksgiving takeout Sunday (when we celebrate the holiday with our adult kids) November 23rd, 2025 just like we have been doing the last several years. It has been SO convenient and our family loved it! We even added banana nut bread and an apple pie. I am picky about apple pie but Bob Evans seemed to get it right - that is, until this year. We were so disappointed! The top crust didn't have sugar on it and the apple filling was bland. Maybe they changed vendors or the recipe? I don't know but all of my family agreed it was terrible. Sadly, we won't be ordering the apple pie again. It was one of the main reasons we ordered our Thanksgiving family dinner from Bob Evans. Maybe it was just a fluke but be warned. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL APPLE PIE!!

Always understaffed and a hour minimum for meal and drinks. Go to new albany, other gahanna location, or broad st.
As a former server, I begin every meal intending to tip 50%. If the service is exceptional, it can be 100% Our server greeted us, took the order and brought our drinks in a timely fashion. It was 10am on a thursday. Not busy.
we never saw her again until the food came, which seemed excessively long but I don't blame the server for that. My coffe mug was bone dry while waiting.
The food came and it was good as always.
When she dropped the bill, I asked for a couple to go containers and proceeded to wait. And wait. We were her only table at this point but she never brought the containers. I saw her behind the counter, and hoped to make eye contact but she never looked my way. At least 10 minutes passed.
She bused a table and went in the back. Then she came out to wipe that table. Then she bused another table. Took the dishes in the back, then returned to wipe it down. When she went in the back again, I quit waiting and I asked another sever for my to-go containers.
My bill was $41 Her tip coul've been $41 cash (no taxes)
But instead, I gave her $6 on the card I used.
I forgot her name, but she missed out on $35 on an otherwise slow day.

Unfortunately, the location in Grove City, Ohio has gone downhill. No exaggeration, every time my family goes here we get undercooked food to the point of it being dangerous to eat at times. This has happened at least 10 different visits now. Luckily, they do make it right, but it would be nice to not deal with this and be able to eat all of our meals together.

Honestly this was a horrible experience. Our server Sea, never even came back to the table after taking our order. They were busy when we got there, she told us the food would take longer than normal which was no problem. We put our order in plus a takeout order. She offered us complimentary bread that we never got it till we were leaving. After she took our order, she never came back. We didn't get refills or anything. Some other server then brought the takeout we ordered but still not our food. We had order at 1130 ish and still had no food by 1230. I talked to another different server, told her we just wanted the bill for the takeout. Finally our server Sea comes back, gives us the bread and the bill. We still had to pay for our drinks even though we never got a refill, the manager didn't even come talk to us. She took care of every other table around us but never even looked our way. What's really sad, it's her birthday and both my mom and myself had $20 in cash to hand her because it was her birthday. She made $6 which was still 20%. We never got our food so we had to go somewhere else after waiting over an hour with a server who didn't care to check on us or the food.
