Unfortunately, the location in Grove City, Ohio has gone downhill. No exaggeration, every time my family goes here we get undercooked food to the point of it being dangerous to eat at times. This has happened at least 10 different visits now. Luckily, they do make it right, but it would be nice to not deal with this and be able to eat all of our meals together.

Honestly this was a horrible experience. Our server Sea, never even came back to the table after taking our order. They were busy when we got there, she told us the food would take longer than normal which was no problem. We put our order in plus a takeout order. She offered us complimentary bread that we never got it till we were leaving. After she took our order, she never came back. We didn't get refills or anything. Some other server then brought the takeout we ordered but still not our food. We had order at 1130 ish and still had no food by 1230. I talked to another different server, told her we just wanted the bill for the takeout. Finally our server Sea comes back, gives us the bread and the bill. We still had to pay for our drinks even though we never got a refill, the manager didn't even come talk to us. She took care of every other table around us but never even looked our way. What's really sad, it's her birthday and both my mom and myself had $20 in cash to hand her because it was her birthday. She made $6 which was still 20%. We never got our food so we had to go somewhere else after waiting over an hour with a server who didn't care to check on us or the food.

This Bob Evans appears to be poorly managed. I waited in the lobby about 20 minutes for my easy order after ordering online 20 minutes prior. There was a line for carryout, a line to be seated and a line for people who ate there to pay their tab. Finally I asked a girl who works there to either give me my money back or get my order. She got my order promptly and was friendly enough. She had no help from either of the 2 managers there. I doubt I'll go back to this location again.

I have never seen so many people on a shift and such a sloppy mess of service. No one was checking the list of names when seating people so people were being ditched. Pickup order took over an hour to receive and there were plenty of others waiting just as long! Two managers up front but who was helping the kitchen? I worked in food and that’s the worst thing I’ve ever witnessed. Do better! And talk to your employees with more respect!

Extra star for nice staff but food is terrible my entire order taste the same... Like air. Ordered seasoned potatoes when we taste them we are told they no longer season and red skin no longer an option. I literally ordered red skin seasoned. Idk what's happened in the few months since I've ordered here but this is not it. The potatoes we shriveled and tasteless. Quality has definitely gone down

The food and location is fine. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and went back hoping it was a one time thing. I went in today and got another waitress and she was great. The time I had a problem the waitress asked me to repeat my order the times after reciting it back to me and getting it wrong twice. I think she was distracted by the other employees playing around in the kitchen area. She didn't bring my drink until after my meal was delivered. I asked for honey, she forgot and I had to ask a third time for that. When I asked for a to go coffee and waited like I had for everything else during the meal I had to leave because it was lunch time and I had to go to work, she caught me walking out and told me to wait a minute she was getting my coffee and she had to walk to the coffee and pour it while I waited. I didn't comment then but I want to now because after I cashed out, second visit, I went to walk to the table to leave a cash tip and the cashier loudly cleared his throat and said to one of the girls, not my girl because she was working, "cash tip". It may have been that former waitress because I left her a small tip that day. I find this unprofessional whatever the situation.

09/19/2024 - First revisit to this Bob Evans in a long time. A friend and I decided to dine here for a reunion brunch. I ordered their Original Farmer’s Choice breakfast platter and a coffee. The service was nice and friendly. It gets busy during brunch and lunch time. The decor, traditional BE. Parking out front and on the side of the building. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

We waited one hour and our food was not brought out, so we got up and left. Talked to the asst. manager, and she stated that their computers were down and that what was slowing things down. Well, there were only two servers in the whole place and they were almost full. This is just poor management plain and simple. If you need more help, call in more help. Heaven forbid you schedule extra servers. The two ladies that were serving were running their butts off. The asst. manager stated that she could not help because everything had to br hand written and she did not know where each order went! Guess what? we did everything written down back in the day, and we had fabulous service!!!! It's just terrible!!!!
