We went when it was a quiet time weren't that many customers in there but the service was great by our waitress and she made sure we have everything that we needed and the food came out in a timely matter

Getting sat down doesn't take long, but getting a water and waiting for longer then an hour, then knowing your food is probably taken another additional hour longer as well, you'd have better luck going somewhere else and getting your food.
