Total joke of a restaurant, got the whole order wrong. pre-ordered on grubhub was TOLD the order was ready to be picked up went to pick up the order to find nothing. said they didn't receive the order had them make it fresh on the spot they served me HALF my order. no sides no sauce and the so called chicken was tiny bits of deep fried gristle gross and enough salt to poison lake superior. total waste of time money and effort. manager gave the run around story dont waste your money here staff is totally incompetent and lost this customer forever. over rated food at cut throat prices need to be black out drunk to eat this crap!

Wish i could give 0 stars because we were literally not served any food. Waited 90 mins. Placed order for drinks and food. Got our table after 30 mins. Drinkers after another 20 mins. Waited a whole hour after thst got no food. Not even fries or the carrots we ordered. When we asked for the check to leave, the manager (female) came out and was extremely rude, racist. No apology, nothing. Would definitely recommend if you want to waste 2 hours of your time waiting for food.

The last 3 different b dubs I have been to the food quality and portions have gone down and the prices have gone up amd the only response you get when consulting a manager is its done by weight or the sizes vary.... its become a joke almost to see what they can charge and get away with.... today was my last bedubs experience which really sucks. Its not just one location or one manager it seems to be the road the once loved bdubs is taking...Roosters for the win moving forward. Better food better prices better management

Came here with my family group of 7. I ordered the cheesesteak and almost laughed at the amount of meat and filling inside the tiny sandwich they are charging $14.99 for. I showed the picture to the manager and her reply it is based on weight. So they are being cheap with the customer. I told them this is exactly how Roosters a half mile down the road will put them out of business.

My husband, my son, and I were up in the area for back to school shopping and just to come hang out and do things in the Columbus area. Our son loves b-dubs and has been asking for it for days. We walked in and saw the please sit your self sign and was actually confused because we never have seen one in a b-dubs before. Server saw my husband and said just sit where ever while she was sitting at a table with a regular or a friend. We prefer booths so we went and like 3 booths were needing bused. We left. We got uncomfortable with dirty booths/tables and servers yelling across the restaurant laughing with their friends seated at a table.
