This location has a huge dining area with tvs on every wall.The bar is in a separate area. We were greeted right away and our drink order was taken. I had a double smash burger that was juicy and cooked to perfection. My brother ordered the bacon patty melt which he gave a big thumbs up. Once we got our food we never saw our server again. I had to get up and refill our drinks. I might be able to overlook that, but they weren't even busy.

Food was fast, hot , and delicious. Kylea did an outstanding job on our service and making sure our needs were met. When our kids was having a melt down she handle it very well and made him happy with a $1 to play a game and played it with him. Thank you Kylea we will be back and request you :)

Went in with my dughters tonight around 5pm. There were hardly any other customers in the dining area. Took forever to get our order placed and it came out wrong. Took bite of my boneless wings and they were luke warm at best. Asked for 1/2 orange chicken and 1/2 medium, they were all orange chicken. Should have went to the Easton location. Took forever to get our check because server was nowhere to be found.

I order grubhub. I ordered 2 burgers--one with cheese and one with no cheese. When I received my order both burgers had cheese. I called the store...surprise! They did not want to make the order right. Said I had to call grubhub. They did not want to make it right either. Double surprise. Never using these 2 establishments ever again.

It took 15 minutes for a staff member to greet me and I was at the bar with other customers… I will say once I put in an order it came out pretty fast. Bar top was dirty… looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before

Wings were dismal. Don’t ever review but very sub par experience compels me to review. Out of the first 3 beers requested, out the sauce of the month and it is only the 11th. Couple wings came that were not even wings. Will not be coming back this this b-dubs. Will hopefully get better service at Polaris.

I recently ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings via DoorDash, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they mess up my order, but when I reached out to the restaurant for help, the response was frustratingly unprofessional.

The wings I received were not what I had ordered, many items were missing from our take away bag (the two milks from the kids meal as well as 3 sauces on the side were all missing). Additionally, the kids meal boneless wings had buffalo hot sauce on it so it was too spicy for my kids to eat.

When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the manager at this location, Joey, was dismissive and rude. It was clear they didn’t want to deal with me because I used DoorDash, and they acted like it wasn’t their problem, even though the mistake was clearly on their end. Correct me if I am wrong, but the restaurant indeed receives an order (yes from Door Dash) but then needs to fulfill the order as specified, package the bag and the third party driver simply picks up the bag and delivers it to the customer.

The only thing this manager had to say was that I used a third party. Not even an apology, in fact after I repeated asked him to stop talking over my voice and please let me get a word in, he hung up on me. This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.

I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and poor attitude from this manager left a bad impression. I won’t be ordering from here again.
