we got there right before lunch rush, there were several employees waiting for us at the line, we had to repeat what we wanted several times and when we asked for Barbacoa they looked at us like we had three heads. we had to ask for sides of sour cream multiple times. while I enjoy fast service it did feel very rushed. there were two girls at the register, one was cashing us out (which I get the same thing everytime I come yet the price is always different) , and one that put our food in the bag. she completely ripped out bag she put the food in and instead turned the bag and put her hand over it hoping we didn't see. she was also extremely rude to the girl cashing us out. after we paid, we asked multiple times for a receipt and we were literally completely ignored. unfortunately I can't reach out to customer service because I have no order details.

The quality of food has went way down u have to order extra everything to get even remotely full so sad this is a picture of a side of rice. The bowl was dirty and the rice didn't even cover the bottom and why do they always want to give u the last of something when they have fresh food waiting in the back

this used to be 5⭐ location but the quality has gone down with the food speed and kind of service. At night would be the best, fast service and high quality burritos. Not unfortunately it's not. Some of the employees move very slow.

Last three visits walked right up to be served so not busy at all. All three time seating area was a disaster with napkins and food everywhere. When a Chipotle is slammed, I get it but when there are only 4 people in the store?
They put the right amount of steak on my burrito.
