Ordered online for pickup. Order was wrong. Skimpy on the meat as opposed to being there and watching them make it. Asked for brown rice but they used white rice. Asked for black beans but received none. No extra lettuce as requested.
I won't order online again.
They'll rip you off if you are not there to watch.

1st visit at this location. The people were pleasant and the lady checking me out was really nice. The store was clean. The food wasn’t as fresh but it was still decent. I’d visit this location again

Positives: The staff were fairly fast in working through a pretty long line, and they did get my order correct.
Neutrals: The food was average in terms of Chipotle. I've had better and I've had worse.
Negatives: The store was very dirty. I understand being busy around dinner time, but part of ensuring a positive customer experience is making sure that the store is reasonably clean. There was trash overflowing in the cans, litter on the tables and drinking...
