I ordered two speciality cups to go, so e we don’t notice the problem until I’d already gotten home. One of them was the wrong ice cream flavor and missing chocolate fudge, and the other was missing a mix in as well. The ice cream was still was great, just not what I paid for.

Walked in before the first time, the gentleman working behind the counter was talking to me and found out that it was my birthday in a couple days and gave me a beautiful Sunday for free. Couldn't ask for nicer people and a beautiful place to get your sweets and treats. Employee working was friendly and attentive. Upon entering, it smelled like fresh waffle cones. How tasty!? Sadly, it wasn't. After receiving my waffle cone, it tasted stale - and as if it had been made 5 days ago. What a tease. The marshmallows in my ice cream were so hard as well. Due to the lack of freshness, I will not be back. I'd rather go to Rita's or Whit's, they are superior in quality and freshness.

Employees are great! Always leaving me satisfied with my ice cream no matter who prepares it.
The ice cream is good. Employees were great and they have a decent selection of flavors. I tried the Chocolate devotion and it was awesome. Definitely worth it if you like chocolate. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a shot.

Since when do they only put toppings on top? I paid way to much for the order to not be made the proper way. Very disappointing! Sorry Cold Stone but DQ and Whitts are going to be my go to

Based off the service alone we will never be back. There were 3 girls working, one of which was absolutely no problem and a sweetheart. The other two, the total opposite. My boyfriend and his little brother and I all decided to stop in for a late snack and Evie and the other girl with the black hair were everything but friendly to us. She gave us the worst attitude we’ve ever seen in a franchise business. She was angry at the fact my boyfriend asked for a substitution on his bowl. Slammed the change into his hands and told us have a great day before our ice cream was even finished being made. The black haired girl stood behind LAUGHING the entire time and they promoted to stand and whisper and cackle at us directly to our faces. The third girl looked completely embarrassed by her coworkers behavior. I really hope they recheck their employee selections before the ratings continue to plummet.

Went in tonight. One person in line. We stood there for 10 minutes before we were helped. Took one family members order then stood there another 10 minutes before the next person got to order. All the while the line grew out the store. Tell me how this happens with four people behind the counter. We walked out before the other two people even got to order. Atrocious customer service and will avoid. Another creek side failure.
