Ice creams always melted. By the time you get to the window to pay they bag it up so you can’t see until you pull off.

Friendly staff, quick service even with drive thru wrapped around the building.
Parking: Not many spots in the actual lot of DQ but there is an office building next door u can park at an walk across parking lot. This location is busy an drive thru is always wrapped around building to the street but don't let that stop u from coming here. I've never waited longer than 20mins with the drive thru wrapped.

It's DQ - aside from a slightly longer wait than other fast food places in the drive thru, you can't go wrong! The staff is always very nice and very busy! Nice eat in space as well with plenty of seating to enjoy a dilly bar or 3.
Parking: Plenty of parking on the east side of the lot.
Kid-friendliness: It's DQ and kids love ice cream.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps upon entry. Though handicap parking may be difficult

It's a nice clean restaurant here, and the service was pretty quick, however, the large milkshake that I got was pretty bad. I hate to say that because they're usually the best around. They have converted to these smaller plastic cups, and it kinda looks more like a Wendy's frosty now. Sadly, it tasted frothy like Wendy's also in their new smaller, plastic cup. I miss the old cups, and the way their shakes used to taste like real milkshakes. However, I got a cheeseburger deluxe along with it that was awesome! It couldn't have been any better. Nevertheless, please bring back the old milkshakes you use to make, with the old cups too. I think the plastic of these new cup melts it a little quicker. ...Just a thought.

Worst dairy queen i've ever been to. The staff is extremely rude! They made my order wrong with the wrong flavor of ice cream and once i mentioned that the wrong flavor was used, had the audacity to say that i "did not say that" with an attitude. I think I know the words that left my mouth!! What happened to the customer is always right? Horrible service, they didn't end up offering to remake it. Don't go here!

Shrinkflation is real at this location. Half the serving size of competing DQ locations and at a higher cost. I will drive out of my way (this location is VERY close to home) to a different location such as New Albany to pay less money for more food. Add in the teenage staff who seemingly have never conversed with another human in their lives, this providing exceptionally poor attitudes, and this is just all around a poor experience. Sharp decline from my experience several years ago.
What's not to love at Dairy Queen!?

It is a pretty standard Dairy Queen.
Update - visited again today. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The blizzard was half soup right out of the drive-through window. Also, they charged me for the medium blizzard I ordered but gave me a small.

The people are very nice. Not a fan of the locale because of traffic, but I still come to this spot. Burgers are good.
Great employees

Location hasn't been updated since the 1970's...rude woman who I believe is the owner flat out refused to make a fresh quart of ice cream and instead stated I had to get frozen ones already in the case. They were frozen solid. Tried to explain it was for my elderly mother who couldn't dig into hard ice cream and she wouldn't budge and instead insisted the ice cream machines were too old to make such a large volume of ice cream - while I watched another family order of multiple Sundays be pumped out just fine. I left. Attempted to go again at another time, hoping I would be greeted by a different person, who was more friendly - nope. Same mean woman, rude attitude. And their portions are Ridiculous! Expect to receive a Medium for anything Large, and a small for anything Medium. I've been going out of my way to the Reynoldsburg location ever since.
