If you're looking for a quick bite to eat on the run, this dunkin' donuts is a great spot. The people at this particular location are so fast! I rarely see a line here and from the moment you order and get up there, you are already being handed your food and paying. I really enjoy the avocado toast, although the last few times I have ordered it with the bacon and there is a bit too much of the everything seasoning or whatever that is on top. It made the bagel way too salty and I couldn't eat it. Otherwise all of the food has been exactly what I've ordered. I've never had a mistake in my order which to me is huge for fast food. I can order coffee drinks for a fraction of the price of my other favorite competitor. I do typically ask for less syrup if I'm getting a flavor here because it can come out a little too sweet, but overall their coffee is good. I typically do not enter the restaurant as I'm usually in a rush and prefer the drive-thru. However, when I am choosing to dine in, it is always clean and the staff inside is always very friendly.

I ordered a matcha, tasted cool. But the ice to drink recipe was crazy I took like 4 sips and the drink was gone. And I typically get Dunkin drinks so that wasn’t a normal amount of ice.

Drive thru experience. First time. Ordered sandwich and drink. Was never suggested to make it a meal....drive thru person would not reach out window to gather payment or deliver food. I was not greeted during entire process. Was very clean outside. Sandwich was greasy. I thought I was getting bacon but it was sausage. Bread was soggy. I will drive on by next time.

Normally love this location but went there today and everything tasted good except my aunt went to warm up her bagel bites cause they were served kind of cold and not fully cooked. She warmed it up for a few seconds then opened it to let it cool off and this is what she saw. We have no idea what this is or why this one looked like that while none of the others did. What the heck is this? My aunt seems to think its a meat or something but I dont agree. Anyone have a clue what happened here??

I went into this location today with my nephew and my niece and because it been some time since I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Donuts we were observing the menu and ask the cashier or front clerk, if we could have a sample of a particular new flavor that they had and he was very abrupt in saying that there was no way for us to try the flavor before we buy it And he gave us the personality of a Snail! He was in No rush to help us, and all he could do was present his limited answers which did not put the customer first! In Addition, the Avacado toast was not warm and the presentation left me with the impression that, it was as good as it gets for us as consumers! We were not trying to manipulate Coffee Flavors as a hustle, that would be ludicrous and it was insulting insulting! The store itself was so clean and well kept, and that is the only reason why this rating was not less! The lack of customer support let me know this was not the Dunkin Donuts of my Youth!

I had to get my meal made 3 times, this place is a joke. I should’ve left when I seen the lady messed up the first 3 people ahead of me. Like really come on, how hard is it to pass out donuts? The aren’t welcoming at all, they got an attitude when I tried to explain what they did wrong.

This Dunkin’ is an absolute joke. They overcharge for the same drinks I get at other locations, so it’s basically a scam. Then, they messed up my order and actually had the audacity to charge me extra to fix their mistake.
The staff here? Completely rude and out of line. When I tried to ask about the extra charges and the messed-up drink, they couldn’t care less and even threw in some snide, insulting comments. I’ve never dealt with customer service this horrible in my life. If you want to get ripped off and treated like garbage, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
