I went into this location today with my nephew and my niece and because it been some time since I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Donuts we were observing the menu and ask the cashier or front clerk, if we could have a sample of a particular new flavor that they had and he was very abrupt in saying that there was no way for us to try the flavor before we buy it And he gave us the personality of a Snail! He was in No rush to help us, and all he could do was present his limited answers which did not put the customer first! In Addition, the Avacado toast was not warm and the presentation left me with the impression that, it was as good as it gets for us as consumers! We were not trying to manipulate Coffee Flavors as a hustle, that would be ludicrous and it was insulting insulting! The store itself was so clean and well kept, and that is the only reason why this rating was not less! The lack of customer support let me know this was not the Dunkin Donuts of my Youth!

I had to get my meal made 3 times, this place is a joke. I should’ve left when I seen the lady messed up the first 3 people ahead of me. Like really come on, how hard is it to pass out donuts? The aren’t welcoming at all, they got an attitude when I tried to explain what they did wrong.

This Dunkin’ is an absolute joke. They overcharge for the same drinks I get at other locations, so it’s basically a scam. Then, they messed up my order and actually had the audacity to charge me extra to fix their mistake.
The staff here? Completely rude and out of line. When I tried to ask about the extra charges and the messed-up drink, they couldn’t care less and even threw in some snide, insulting comments. I’ve never dealt with customer service this horrible in my life. If you want to get ripped off and treated like garbage, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

First of all, the address is 1111! That must be why the employees are so nice and helpful, we love our local Dunkin! Thank you for years of kindness and fresh donuts.
This is the absolute best Dunkin in my opinion. I am a frequent visitor here because I absolutely love the team that runs this location! I will go out of my way to order from here just so I can see their friendly faces. They always go above and beyond and it doesn’t matter whether I have it delivered or I order from the app, my order is always right!

Stopped by because I was having work done on my car across the street, thought I'd grab a coffee and a snack. Sign says they should be open, but the doors were locked.
I've tried this location multiple times. They never make effort to understand and/or properly customize your drink order. It's disappointing. It's always wrong size, I order medium and get a large and ingredients are incorrect. I can't consume the end product. I won't be going back.

Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Honestly, probably the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to ever. This is my third time going to this location, because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no. Doesn’t matter what day or time you go, doesn’t matter who is working, they all are rude, and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I would rather light my money on fire than spend it with them again.
