LOVE this place! Their Cubano is off the chain!

Fantastic! Mofongo was awesome. Plantains were perfection. Price point was just right. Thanks Explorers Club!

Terrible experience. We ordered our food and it took well over 50 minutes to receive and the order was wrong. But other people ordered their food after us and it took them approximately 15 min to get their food despite us checking in our order. Our food was trash and I do not recommend it. The queso dip wasn’t even luke warm.

Dry and lacked seasoning. The “jerk chicken” has no resemblance of actual jerk chicken. The corn salsa was just corn and a few pieces of peppers. Very disappointed for a $12 bowl.

Waited for 10 minutes at the door to order with no one even acknowledging me and then some old dude came up to the door and got short with me for no reason. Didn't even complain about the wait or anything. Don't plan on supporting this truck again.

Leaving a 3 star review. The food is out of this world, the business management is lacking! They use the food truck finder app to promote their business- and it said they would be at a location around the corner from my house( minute drive). Low and behold- they were not there today. I even called, hoping I just couldn't see them, and got a..... somewhat believable excuse. I didn't want an excuse today, I wanted a muffungo sandwich! And I don't want to drive 25 minutes ( one way mind you) away on another day.... be better, update the app you use to let people know where you are going to be- it's literally the whole damn point of using it.

I stopped by the Explorers Club food truck when it was parked by Carpenter Marty’s for lunch. The Mofongo sandwich was the best sandwich I have had in a long time! So good!

Wow!!!! All we have to say is it was delicious!!! I was with 3 other people and every single one of us were so impressed with everything.Tacos, bowls and Cuban was amazing but the plantains were BEYOND AMAZING!!!!!

Caught this truck at Third Way Cafe. Those gorilla fries, oh my!! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, that's for sure. they weren't just doctored up to be good. They used a very good high-end crispy fry as the base, so good! I also tried a jerk chicken taco and carne asada steak taco. Very tasty looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future!

Shared a fabulous Cubano and vegetable tacos with the spouse. We both loved the flavorful use of spices... Bravo!

Best Cuban food I’ve ever had!! Delicious!! Everything in the menu is fantastic and the sweet plantains to die for!
