Excellent service and satisfying meals.

I didn’t even get a chance to eat before witnessing a manager go off on a customer in front of his ten year old —over a mistake the manager made. He even told the staff to stop preparing the customer’s food. It was hard to watch. I’d think twice before dealing with the evening manager; he doesn’t seem to understand customer service at all.

Well the only good thing about my visit last night was we was greeted as we walked in. As we was done looking at what we wanted, no one asked if we was ready to order. As we ordered ordered the Italian sub. Never had a problem with the Italian sub before but it was gross, the sub was so soggy and had so much mayo on it. We ate there and got a combo. There was a bag of chips that was outdated from Oct 2024. The tables was dirty as the workers just hung out in the back room. They was no zero sugar soda. If I knew this experience was going to be this bad I would of went to another sub place. Won't be going to this firehouse again.

Our office ordered 6 Subs- each were correct, even with substitutions and Add-Ons , and ready for pickup at the specified time. Great work, Team !

Lights half turned out and chairs up on table several hours before closing. No greeting when you walk in the door or asking what you’d like to order and clearly a bunch of people that don’t want to work. Sitting around on the counters. After a 20 minute wait, the order wasn’t correct and someone came out chasing me down as I was pulling out of the parking lot telling me I had someone else’s order after I opened the bag. They still took it back even after being in my car and probably gave it to the next customer.
