I have been eating at for quite some time I started eating at the one on Brice Road a lot before they made the Genji to go. This is by far one of my favorite shopping, Seahouse food.

Is it just me or are the veggies supposed to be sautéed. I got raw onions and zucchini, the mushrooms, chicken, rice and yum yum was good but eating raw onions kinda ruined the whole bowl.

Walked in there 10 minutes to close look like they just got done taking care of a bunch of online orders. When they asked me was this a pickup or was I placing an order. I immediately thought they were going to get frustrated that I was placing an order right at the end of the day. But they just took care of my order and weren't upset at all and it was really good. I haven't been for quite a while and it was the best version of what I was craving! I will definitely be back here the only thing I regret is not giving them a bigger tip

I 5 Star the food but haven’t actually ate it yet. I wanted to 5 Star the service because the young lady who just waited on me at approximately 1 PM on April 21 was an absolute delight. She made me feel so welcome, Was extremely knowledgeable about the Menu. I truly appreciated my experience. Now I’m gonna go eat this food and enjoy it. If it’s not good, I’ll let you know lol

I ordered the steak and shrimp, the food came out fine but when I added the ginger sauce it was like licking salty brine. I couldn't finish eating it, I just threw it away after adding the sauce.
Like I needed a reason to like Gengigo anymore. Great food. Perfect for on-the-go, especially during the work day, fast, simple, and convenient. I have nothing bad to say about any of their locations or overall quality.But yesterday, I accidentally left my debit card at this location. Created a world of anxiety and financial uncertainty for me. Called this location to see if anyone found it. The employee that answered the phone was very kind and courteous and explained that my debit card was safe and sound. I picked it up today. A life saver! Thank you Gengigo!

I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo and my friend got the steak. It was very good and everything was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were in and out with our food within about 5 minutes. Their yum yum sauce is the best!
They were 100% unwilling to accommodate a request of no soy sauce. The girl was very rude on the phone and just said “we don’t take special requests.” There was no ifs or buts. They just refused because they felt like it. We won’t be dining here anymore.
