It's been years since I last visited a Graeter's. This Graeter's reminded me of how much I miss and love it! The staff were so friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. I'm looking forward to going back :)

As usual my chocolate malt was positively amazing. Add peanut butter and it's one of my favorite things!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful no matter how busy they get. I have never walked into a messy store. Everything is always neat and tidy and they keep that line moving.
It's beautiful. And I will be there shortly. Writing this made me need one.

The ice cream was good but the portion of it was small for a 8 dollar turtle sundae of that size I could have went to UDF actually but clean place seems family oriented

Stopped off to get my free reward cone. This location is clean and stocked. They were not too busy at 5 PM on a Wednesday, but there were a couple of folks ahead of me.
The team was super friendly and I was able to easily navigate my choice and use my rewards.
The blueberry pie is amazing! Those chunks of pie crust - mmmmMMMMMmmm good!!
Vegetarian options: Fair amount of options.
Dietary restrictions: You can ask, but they do have different options.
Parking: Not hard to find spaces - however this is an akward lot, any large vehicles would have turn around issues.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids cones- they also have cups for kids who can't quite use a cone without spilling.

Everything was so well run that I stopped on the way out to compliment the manager; who was out on the floor cleaning tables! I told her her place was the Chick Filet of ice cream. Warm summer night and line was out the door yet she had 5 people behind the counter filling orders and we were quickly served...5 of us.
