There aren't Graeter's where we live, so thought we would try it. Went about 9:30pm on a Friday night. Although it was busy, there was plenty of staff to get through quickly. Amazing customer service from them all. The ice cream was really good. I recommend the Lemon Meringue Pie for a refreshing treat! We also had a Cookie Monster Sundae, a Shamrock Sundae and a double scoop in a cup that received positive reviews from the family!

There was a little confusion at the register when it was time to pay— buddy tried to charge me 1.00 per topping. One of the toppings I had literally included 4 cherries. I was not aware that they charged for toppings. I will give them 2/10 for the icecream, not a fan. Thanks anyway

Lives up to the hype!! Ice cream and the service were top-notch! Had the raspberry chip and coconut chip. Waffle cone was delicious too. Gahanna location has a great, family ambiance but I felt right at home by myself, too.

First time here. Nice quaint shop with seating inside, and some people eating outside. When I walked in, I noticed that they sell chocolate candy also. No matter where I go, I always order butter pecan --my favorite. I wanted to try a second scoop of something different, so the young lady let me sample the brown butter bourbon pecan. It had a delicious flavor, and at first, that was going to be my second flavor, but I decided to change because the pecans were not as crisp as I like; so I decided to try the midnight snack which was totally delicious! Customer service was excellent, but make sure you watch what is rung up at the cash register...the young lady was charging me for waffle cone instead of sugar cone. I will definitely be back for a treat.

I always receive good customer service from this location. There is plenty of seating and lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. Table or bar type seating. Small milkshake was just the right size. Prices are a little more than other ice cream shops/stores.

Ice cream was delightful. Super bussin. My new kicks were welcomed. Grant got to spend money on a Grande milkshake, but he bet $10,000 dollars that he will grow to 6'3" by the time he is dead. W-ston rocked his pop's Yosemite quarter zip. But one question... Why did the chicken cross the road???? Bckaaaaaas!!! And then Marene spit out water throughout her mouth and nose after she won $10 to startbucks. Overall this establishment is very well. 10000/10. GOAT Store.

Great ice cream shop. I had never been there before and they offered me a sample of a flavor I was interested in, which I appreciated. I ordered a milkshake and they made it quickly and didn't keep me waiting. The milkshake tasted great, though in my opinion it was on the thin side and could have been thicker. The staff was two young gentlemen and they were friendly and helpful. I wish we had Greater's in the Akron Canton area where I am from, as I am visiting the area for work.
