Definitely did not enjoy our stop here. Walked in and the lights are so dim you wanna lay down and go to sleep. And it's not a romantic low light kind of thing either. Hostess finally acknowledges us, takes us to the table, and the waitress doesn't come for about 10 minutes. When she does get there, she asked if we had been sitting there long because the Hostess never told her anyone had been sat at her table. I will give our waitress credit, she was incredibly friendly, but the rest of the staff looked and acted miserable. Our waitress is what took my service rating from a 1 star to a 3. Unfortunately the food was just as disappointing. Nothing was inherently bad, it was just "meh". We even got the meatloaf that is supposedly amazing. Nah... it's just meatloaf. Burger would have been pretty good if it weren't over salted and covered in a quarter pound of American cheese (quarter pound is an exaggeration obviously, but there's a lot. May have just been thick?). The fries were way too thick for the way they cooked it. This is more of a personal preference though, I recognize that, but still it was like eating a baked potato in stick form. Worst part about the food though is the price. Everything is WAY over priced, especially when you factor in poor service and disappointing food.

First time visiting this place and it was OK. Food wise, I had the brisket sandwich and I seemed like I was eating old left overs. It did not taste fresh at all. My wife had pulled pork sandwich and said the same. She got BBQ sauce on the side and was glad as it was more like ketchup with steak sauce in it. The atmosphere was misleading too. As I pulled up, the outside looked like a nice place but inside was more old fashioned from the 90s. The service we had was only good thing. The waiter was great with our party. However, while we were there we heard 2 very unhappy take out order guests raising a storm over how screwed up their orders were. This place was expensive and I expected way better food. Can't say that I would go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Atmosphere was quite dingy, but clean. fairly empty. smelled old too. food wasn’t spectacular by any means. the only good thing we had were the cheese curds. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, which turned out horrid. So much sauce, you can’t taste the meat. Came with a hunk of fat too. Not edible. Mac and cheese tasted like noddles with water. Waitress could’ve been nicer. Overall, 2/5.

Horrific. Seated right away. Ordered drinks fairly quickly. I had to ask 2 times for a drink. We ordered our food, and 1 hour and 25 minutes later, we still did not have food. We asked the bartender for help as she was the only person we could find. She had our salads brought out. I asked to speak with the manager. 30 minutes later, he came to our table and gave us every excuse possible, but no apology whatsoever. He then tried to call me a liar for stating that we had been there for over an hour and a half. Later that night, my wife and daughter both became ill. Judging by all the other reviews of this pathetic excuse for a restaurant, it was food poisoning. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. HIGHLY, NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Also, food prices are exceptionally expensive, which is not a problem if food and service is worth it.

Brisket sandwich tastes like BBQ sloppy Joe's. No meat, just bits, all sauce. Ribs and burgers were very good. We had to wait several times for drink refills.

I ordered carryout. My Husband picked up. We ordered the Haddock dinner with fries and a Caesar salad no croutons and a shrimp dinner with garlic mashed and a tossed salad no onion and French dressing. Where can I begin...we used to love this place. The haddock was rubbery. Very little fries. We only got one salad. It was a caesar salad with extra croutons and French dressing????The garlic mashed potatoes were gray way too much pepper. The shrimp is just breading. One little shrimp sauce. The bread was doughy. AGAIN, We used to love this place. The last time we had issues too. Thought we would try again after over a year. If I could give zero stars I would. We had to throw 53 dollars worth of food away. It was just not good. A lot to pay for not getting all of your food and subpar food.
