Jersey Mike's Subs

Excellent subs. Used to go once a week. They sort of priced everything way out of my price range. I miss the food. If you can afford the price, I recommend them.

Pretty sure this location is closed permanently now. Their subs & their staff were highly inconsistent at this spot. What a shame as Jersey Mike's is an awesome brand and with staff upgrades and consistent quality this location would be a real winner. Hopefully they have a new grand re-opening with new staff that actually cares about making great subs. Buyer Beware for now until you see a new staff or announcements as it's closed for business

Ordered subs for pickup and when I arrived the lights were out and the door was locked at 6 pm on a Monday, no signs saying they were closed

Places an online order and arrived at the time stated upon order completion and had to wait 20 more minutes for the sub to be completed.
The sub hadn’t even been started when I got to the store and the staff was unfriendly and uninterested.
As I’m waiting and scrolling through my phone, as most people do, my order was ready unbeknownst to me or the employee that apparently gives you your order.
The wait was that much longer.
I second guessed using this store and should’ve went with that instinct.
This will be the last time I use this store for my Jersey Mike’s order.

Absolutely disgusting. I went in on 3/13/25 and the person in front of me said he didn't want his sandwich anymore because the guy on the line sweated over it. I turn to look at the employee and sure enough he has sweat dripping down his nose and coming off of him. His shirt was also soaked in sweat. Luckily when I got my sandwich he was in the back wiping off the sweat. When he came back one of the employees had asked what happened with the sandwich and he admitted to sweating on it. He was simply just put back on the line. Do not come here until they change this. I'm not advocating for termination but just put him on the register, away from the food. The customer that didn't want the sub wasn't even apologized to. He simply went to sit down to wait for his friend that got a hot sub. Highly disappointing. Makes me uneasy just thinking of all of the to-go orders.

People were friendly and the store was very clean

Ordered lunch through their website. The order completed and pick-up time was 11:23. I waited in the store until 11:53, and I was told my order would be made in the next (20 minutes after pickup time). Watched multiple orders be made before mine was. left at 11:53 to return back to work. Emailed Jersey Mikes for a refund and heard nothing back. The staff and I will no longer order from their.

Can't complain about the food, but I will complain about the two young women working who abandoned a trainee to make 3 subs on his own. I love that a special needs guy is working, but I hate that he was left to sink or swim when his coworkers just wandered away to idly stand around and do nothing. Employees need to do better.

I ordered a giant 17 hownits normally made but add lettuce mayo and jalapeño.

All gets written on a ticket exactly what it’s supposed to be on the sub. Of course it was made incorrectly so I called him. They said that they would fix the issue by making another one next time I came in.

Next time I come in same process written on a ticket made incorrectly. I’m not sure what it is about this location not being able to read tickets, but I worked here all through high school and managed this location in college. Amongst some other locations reading tickets is not hard especially now that they have tickets where you just circle what is on the sub being made. It can’t get any more Simpli other than you make the sub yourself to get it how you want it

I would suggest that if you want to order from this location that you order something other than hot tub where it is made in front of you and you can correct the employees when they’re making the sub other than how you’re ordering it!

Today I placed a catering order for my daughters basketball team and the young ladies helping me got my order together with such grace. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I will be back for future catering orders after today’s experience. Thank you guys for all your help the girls really enjoyed the food.

So about a year ago new management came into this location cleaning up this establishment for the better. After work yesterday I went into jersey mikes to pick up dinner. I ordered 2 regular subs. The staff was friendly. The guy putting my subs together slipped on something and almost fell. So I paid and went around to soda machine to fill my cup where I had full view of floor behind the counter. The floor was full of food, lettuce, tomatoes ect.... Absolutely a work Hazzard and so disgusting 🫣 . Got in my car and sipped my drink 🤢. Did not taste anything like the vanilla cream soda I love. When I got home we took our first bite and the bread was STALE. I asked my husband for the receipt and guess what! No receipt in the bag. Won't be going to this jersey mikes no more.

It once was our favorite sub place. We always enjoyed the club mikes way. It's not the same. The bread is always sub par and way they are prepared is sloppy. Won't be going back
