First and last time I'll stop here. Made to feel like I shouldn't have come. Poorest of service. Staff mumbled frequently. No smiles. No have a nice day. They set the food in the bag and quickly moves onto the next person. Horrible first experience.

Great Food But on the Pricey side

I went into this Jersey Mike’s and asked if I could have a cold sub toasted. The employee told me they only do that if you're pregnant. I explained that I am pregnant — 29 weeks — and that’s why I wanted it toasted. At other Jersey Mike’s locations, they’ve done this without issue, no questions asked without me having to say I’m pregnant and without showing (at 15 weeks pregnant).
Instead of just helping me, the employee gave me a look like he didn’t believe me. I ended up lifting my hoodie to show my clearly pregnant belly just to be taken seriously. He then rolled his eyes and told the other employees, “Yeah, we have to toast it, she’s pregnant,” like I was a huge inconvenience.
Being treated with disbelief and attitude over something so simple was frustrating and frankly embarrassing. If your policy is to make an exception for pregnant customers, maybe train your staff to handle it with a little more respect and basic kindness.
The employee handling my order didn’t change gloves between handling raw chicken and steak or after when he touched the vegetables, bread, salt and cheese. He was also fixing his glasses the whole time with his hands. He didn’t seem to care when I told him the issue and proceeded to asked what exactly he did wrong after I explained it to him. The previous owner had much higher standards when it came to training the employees. This is something that needs to be addressed before somebody gets sick.

I am typically not a sandwich person, but I got the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak from here and it was so good! The staff was also very friendly, and restaurant was clean.
