The employee handling my order didn’t change gloves between handling raw chicken and steak or after when he touched the vegetables, bread, salt and cheese. He was also fixing his glasses the whole time with his hands. He didn’t seem to care when I told him the issue and proceeded to asked what exactly he did wrong after I explained it to him. The previous owner had much higher standards when it came to training the employees. This is something that needs to be addressed before somebody gets sick.

I am typically not a sandwich person, but I got the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak from here and it was so good! The staff was also very friendly, and restaurant was clean.

If I could give zero I would. Tried to get a sub tonight but ended up walking out with nothing. When we walked in we were not greeted or even acknowledged. We waited at the counter to place an order for about 5 minutes while one guy worked on hot subs and the other girl kind of just moved around and put orders up that came from online. This is not the first time we’ve been disappointed by this location since new ownership. None of the employees ever seem to care, they are also not properly trained on how to make the subs and most times it’s incorrect or very poorly made. While we live right behind this store we drive over to the one by planet fitness and it is so much more pleasant and an overall better experience. Avoid this location.

Needs adult supervision

My wife placed a carry out order and went to pick it up on 12/13/24. When inspecting her sandwich she found what looked like yellow mustard, when she ordered honey mustard. Instead of asking for it to be remade, she request some honey mustard be added. Instead of accommodating, the employee proceeded to pull up an unlabeled bottle, wave it in her face and say “it already has honey mustard on it.” Embarrassed, as this was done in front of several other customers, she left. When she got home we found it was yellow mustard. What a ridiculous way to treat customers and sadly not our first issue with an incorrect carry out order. This was the last time we visit this location. I highly recommend others nearby, but this one has rude and error-prone employees. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.
