Very poor service rude management that prefers his on negative prerogative over helping a customer that only has cash

I’ve ordered here twice and both times - both were a bad experience. 1st time I got 2 wrong subs and they were rude on the phone when I called to see if they would remake them. They informed me they would rather refund me than remake my order. The 2nd time my sub never arrived that I ordered through their app. When I called to check on it they informed it was waiting for the driver. It was over 2 hours. When I asked if I could come pick it up they said no - they would try and refund me and hung up the phone. Go to the New Albany location and save yourself a headache.

I ordered in the app for in store pick up. When I got home with my order I realized my sub was made completely wrong. Ordered chipotle cheesesteak and I added mushrooms. The cheesesteak I got had no mushrooms on it and no chipotle mayo so the sandwich was dry. I also ordered an Italian sub in a bowl which was fantastic! the bowl was a great portion and was loaded with toppings!

Today was different than other time. The person making my sandwich put less meat on my than any other time i have ever experienced. The person in front of me had extra meat placed on it when the next stage said it needs more meat. Unfortunately didnt happen to me. Felt as i was in subway versus Jersey Mike's. Needs to be fixed now.

Five workers on a busy Saturday night. They all seemed to tackle their roles well. No complaints. Delicious as usual. Will visit again in the future.

Literally not a single time have I gotten what I’ve ordered from here. Careless and disappointing.

I arrived about half an hour before closing, and they were only making cold subs, apparently the oven or grill was already off. I ordered a Roast Beef & Provolone, but the meat had no flavor at all and the sub was oddly cut into four small pieces. I honestly didn’t enjoy the mess.

I think the store should keep the ability to make hot subs until the actual closing time, or close earlier. It shouldn’t be the customer’s problem if the equipment needs extra time to cool down or if there’s a cleanup process afterward. Preparing a hot sub takes less than ten minutes (probably even five) so it seems fair to expect that service until closing.

I was the only customer there, and now I see why. I’ve learned my lesson, I won’t order cold subs again, and if I can’t arrive at least two hours before closing, I’ll just go somewhere else.

Young guys always helpful and trying to do their best with demanding customers. They’re a little slow at times, but we love their fresh breads and cheesesteaks. Yep, the cheesesteaks. Also love the cold cuts, but this visit was all about the steaks.

The last 3 times I’ve been here its been awful! The staff is rude, they subs are messy and sloppy they look like they just threw all the ingredients into the togo bag and the last two times they’ve put a warm bottle of soda pop in my bag!! I love jersey mikes but I absolutely despise this particular location!! Will not be back!!

Ordered a club supreme, received a sandwich with no lettuce no cheese no bacon no oil no vinegar, wrong bun just a piece of bread with only roast beef and turkey. Last time I will EVER order from this store. Waste of $20

First and last time I'll stop here. Made to feel like I shouldn't have come. Poorest of service. Staff mumbled frequently. No smiles. No have a nice day. They set the food in the bag and quickly moves onto the next person. Horrible first experience.

Good food!!! There wasn’t anything special about their service and atmosphere, but it was nice and clean.
