Ordered a small thin crust pizza. After taking an hour and 20 minutes, it arrived cold. I wouldn’t have minded the long wait if it had arrived hot. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Famous for their Detroit style deep dish it's still a staple for anyone in Columbus. Pizza is always great, while I prefer their hand-tossed eith Turbo crust, my family always loves the classic deep dish. Boneless wings are good too and they have the best ranch at any pizza place.

We ordered a pizza for pick up. The door was boarded up and we had to wait 40+ min to pick up our order. There was nothing on the website or social media saying that indoor pick up is closed. Very disappointing as we had to wait almost 2 hours in total for our dinner. I understand it gets busy, especially for a Friday, but it’s unacceptable that there is no communication to the customers that indoor pick up is closed and there will be extremely long times to pick up.
