We've order from Katie's for many years. The problem is the service. Over the course of those years, every now and than pizza maybe not be exactly how it should have been. But we understand nothing is perfect. But when the manager won't address a complaint about bad service from Katie's employees thats a problem. It shows you they dont care about the customers who pay your bills. That's not how a business should be run. By the way I have personality been involved with Ownership, Management and Training of pizza shops. I have own several other business. And fully understand the complexity of that industry and business in general. And there are no excuses for the bad service or the lack of management including the owner to correct or solve, let alone address the issue. Your customers and that community support your local businesses. And from other reviews Katie and her pizza shop dont care. Just one example, Teritas Pizza. 50 years in business and they dont deliver. Service and food so good they dont have to. No joke, they are always busy.

I must say I have grown up eating Grandad's and Katie's Pizza. And I have always loved the service I have received at both locations at least until recently. If you're fortunate enough enough to get serviced by the blonde lady who is usually in Katie's Pizza you will have a wonderful experience. However if you're unfortunate enough to have your service taken care of by the owner of Katie's Pizza the service will be subpar at best. I've never met a business owner who can be so rude. So from now on I will be taking my business to Grandad's since it's the exact same Pizza served by a much less abrasive person.

My pizza was burnt!! When I say burnt, I mean BURNT!! The edges and bottom are black! Theres barely any cheese AT ALL! It's oozing everywhere with way to much sauce. Not to mention the sauce is incredibly nasty and super sweet 🤔 pizza sauce is not supposed to be sweet!?! Its unfortunate cuz it sure smelled AH-mazing!! (Worst of all, when I walked in the lady that made my pizza was sitting in the kitchen EaTiNg and watching TV) 🤢 ....Take a look at my pizza, A picture says a thousand words!! ... 💯 P.S.- You know its bad when even my dog wont eat it and he'll eat anything & everything!!..Including my cats poop from out the litter box! 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ (They have no seating at all whatsoever, not inside nor outside. So grab ur pizza and go sit and eat in ur car, IF u were able to find a parking spot by chance. OR better yet you could sit and watch TV with them in the kitchen while they make other peoples food cuz that's what they did when they made ur food...and mine!! 😱 )

Katie‘s pizza is the best. Hands-down. My favorite of all Pizza in Gahanna. Friendly customer service and cool drivers. Never had a bad pie from here. Highly recommend.

Whoever answered the phone is rude and ignorant as hell. If he’s the owner he definitely needs a new career where he doesn’t have to talk to people. I tried to make a simple edit on pizza (toppings only on half) and he acted as if I told him to jump off a bridge! Not to mention this is my first time ordering from there, haven’t even got the food and I’m afraid hey may spit on it. This will be my first and last time even if the food is good! 👎🏾

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for the first time after reading all the reviews. Picked up in 20 minutes as instructed by order taker with zero personality. $16.00 was the price. Got home and opened box and to my surprise, no cheese under the pepperoni. What in the world is wrong with these people. Who would let a pepperoni pizza go out the door for a first time customer with no cheese on the entire pie. What a rip off!!! We eat a pie a week. Your off the list. TERRIBLE PLACE!
