I mean not normally a huge deal but they gave me a pizza out of the hot and ready box. Had I just walked in off the street I'd have gotten my pizza faster than I did ordering online ahead...

I would love to shoutout the manager at this location, but I failed to get his name on my way out. He was phenomenal, took the extra time to ask specifically what I wanted as I was unclear and not sure. I was in a hurry during my lunch break and was kind and understanding. I do hope businesses still reward this level of service and just general kindness as it's not owed to you.

Waited at the front counter Thursday October the 10 at 5 o’clock for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me there . 2 other customers walked out while I still waited. Not even being spoke to . Very disappointed In the service

Came in on Sunday night, waited with 6 other people no one came up for several minutes, when they did it was a very brief interaction with the person ahead of me. When it finally my turn there was nothing hot and ready and said it would be 10 to 15 minute wait on top of what I had already waited. The weekend staff must be different then the weekday staff. Weekday staff is much better all around.
