NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely EVERY time we have ordered from here, the delivery arrives with at least half the items missing. Today we ordered for our son’s birthday party and they delivered one of four pizzas. On top of that, we never received our credit from them as promised. They REFUSE to deliver the missing items and offer a credit which you will NEVER receive. Awful business. Unreliable service. Poor Management.
Message to the franchisee: if you choose to operate a business, SERVE your customers!
Apparently when they fail to deliver half your order for a graduation party, their policy is not to do anything about it. Instead, you can expect ‘possibly’ getting approved for a partial refund…days later. Three out of four times we had the wrong order and/or missed items. Safe to say they will get it right a quarter of the time. I recommend just ordering from another place.

Shout out to Micah Johnson. He served me, however, I watched Him with other customers. He multi-tasked flawlessly while still preparing food, cashing customers put and he constantly asked if customers wanted additional items.

Just slow. Considering it's supposed to be fast, ordered online, got a window of 6:32-6:37, left with my pizza at 6:45. I mean not normally a huge deal but they gave me a pizza out of the hot and ready box. Had I just walked in off the street I'd have gotten my pizza faster than I did ordering online ahead...

Worst pizza I ever had. Don’t forget about the service. Who ever was in the front desk that day don’t deserve to work with people. He treated me as if I was a 3 year old. Not courtesy no nothing he just didn’t want to help at all.

I would love to shoutout the manager at this location, but I failed to get his name on my way out. He was phenomenal, took the extra time to ask specifically what I wanted as I was unclear and not sure. I was in a hurry during my lunch break and was kind and understanding. I do hope businesses still reward this level of service and just general kindness as it's not owed to you.
