I tried to order a pizza online and it said something was wrong and to call the store. So I called the store to order the pizza and they said they wouldn’t take my order because it was online only. I explained that I tried and it says to call the store. The lady on the phone told me she wouldn’t take my order, and then literally stopped talking to me. She didn’t hang up because I could hear her coworkers in the background. Super unprofessional and frustrating. So don’t order anything from here

They always get my order late when I order way ahead for a larger order and this time there is NO sauce on our pizza, and NO salt at all on the crust of the pretzel pizza and they werent busy!! I also understand inflation, but for what we're getting, I don't feel it's worth it!! They raise prices what seems like every week!

They literally NEVER answer the phone. I understand they get busy, but that's why there should be more staff. I called them as I was leaving work so I could place a pickup order. The whole point was so that they could start it & have it ready when I arrived so I could avoid having to sit & wait when I got there. They never answered. I called them four times in a span of about 20 minutes. They STILL never answered. So I just gave up & took my business elsewhere. This is why they should do better with having more hot n' ready pizzas. Every time I go to this location, I have to wait forever. That's not convenient for someone who's exhausted from a long day at work & ready to go home.

I'd give zero if i could! Ordered at 645 said it would be ready at 717 didn't get my wrong cold order until 815! Nobody was helping the very long line of customers! Very disappointed!!

Every time you do a delivery order, they never send half the order. We had three large pizzas and two of the crazy brats. I got one Pizza and one crazy bread. This is the third or fourth time that half of our order is not there and they never answer the phone when you call them. Their service sucks if it wasn’t for the price and in a pinch it works good if you pick up yourself then I would never order from them. They’re never pleasant inside are always understaffed and too busy to have a conversation with their customers or be friendly.
It took 45 mins it get a pizza abd chesse bread and i had a broken foot I asked many many times if it was ready they said it was 20 minutes later I asked again and they said it was and it just kept going on and on and on and on and I just got so sick I wanted to leave and then right when I'm leaving my mom goes in and guess what she standing there for 25 more minutes now talk about that and then the pizza would literally not good very much it was good but it was like it was like half cold
