They, order taker, did not take order in drive through and were not nice at all to us. Cashier was very nice + did try to get help. Drive thru so long that we left and went to a different place.

Went to McDonalds at 1:20 am n it states that on saturdays they close at 4am so im confused why there was no employee on drive thru and why lights are off for the outside menu train ur employees to work or get employees that want to do there jobs this isnt the first time neither

There is no good time to go to this mcdonalds. Do not fool yourself into thinking there is a worse one in this city - even Whitehall has better ones than this one.
11 PM, Friday and you're the only one in line? You're waiting 47 minutes on a mcdouble.
11 AM, Tuesday, one car in line? How does cooking 6 chicken nuggets take 27 minutes?
2:30 PM, Saturday with two people in line? You bet that big Mac is taking 32 minutes (and counting). Only bothered because I had coupons.
Restaurant owner hasn't fixed multiple planks of wood on the outside. This mcdonalds is likely going to need to change hands to be worth going back to.
Food also always manages to come out cold, despite being made to order sit down times. Just go to the Wendy's down the road.

Save yourselves the time, money and health by avoiding this location. Their ordering machines are always broken so the apps don’t work. The staff is very unhelpful when there are issues. The fries are frequently under done.

Unfortunately had to repeat my order about 5x and it was a small coke. Got my order after waiting in line over 10 minutes and turned out to be a diet coke. Not what i ordered. Should just close it down. Sorry
Every time I go here the chicken nuggets either look burnt or taste burnt. Overall this is probably the worst McDonald's that I've ever been too

Placed an online order on the app. It was after 1030p, so curbside was unavailable. You're required to enter drive thru to give code.
I entered the second lane, which was empty at the time. I was told to wait to order as they were assisting a car in the other lane.
I sat for 18 minutes, and at the point there was no one there. The drive thru had cleared. I backed up and pulled forward to what I assume is a sensor. I was immediately told to order.
There should not be two lanes if there isn't a way for employees to keep track of who is out there. Especially since this particular McDonald's has painted the windows completely black and the employees cannot see the outside order kiosks.
The ease and convenience of ordering online is pointless when the efficiency is stripped away by wasted time.
I'm the first to say that it isn't an easy job, and the pay should be higher. It's hard to get others to agree with that if problems like these are abundant, however.
