I just went through the drive through and the person who was taking orders spoke with attitude right away. I asked one time to repeat what she said, due to not understanding her on the intercom and she replied with an attitude and when paying she looked like I was a problem and bothering her, when all I did was hand her my card and said thank you.

While it was a late visit at the drive-through, I can understand that there were only 2 or 3 employees working and we would likely have a wait. The problem was that they seemed to be having some sort of power struggle. As I was placing our order, another employee started talking. I repeated that I wanted orange juice with the kids' meal. 2nd employee: What kid's meal? Me: The 6 piece chicken mcnugget meal? 2nd employee: What 1st employee interupts: Ayesha, I'm taking their order! .......Silence...... The original and apparently rightful owner of the order taking responsibility resumes taking our order. When we got to the window, I'm presuming, a surly Ayesha hands us 2 drinks, 2 open boxed kid's meals, and a small bag of food. While waiting for the remaining smoothie and drinks for the kid's meals, it was discovered there was no sauce for the nuggets. Eventually, Ayesha stalks back to the window. I asked for the smoothie and kid's drinks, but before I could tell her we also needed ranch, she departed for said drinks. When we finally pulled away with all of the order, much longer than we should have been there.
