I had a terrible experience at the McDonaldâs on 298 S Hamilton Rd in Gahanna, OH. I placed a mobile order for breakfast well before 10:30 AM and arrived at the location around 10:30. When I went through the drive-thru, the staff refused to make my order because it was âpast 10:30.â This is unacceptable considering my order was placed on time. If youâre going to offer mobile ordering, you should honor the orders as long as theyâre submitted within the proper time frame. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate a customer is very disappointing.

Ask for a sausage McMuffin with cheese got to the window to pay didnât have my order right then to the window to pick up my food and they hand me a sausage McMuffin without cheese and I said with cheese so they took the sandwich back through a piece of cheese on it and handed it back to me
