They are all absolutely amazing. One of the friendliest cafes i have been in. The staff is very pleasant and polite!! Good Job!!

The food is fine but insanely pricey. I have had quite a few interactions with staff being rude or dismissive with me.

I will give it 2/5 stars because this is a place I go to get stuff done. I'll usually buy a drink and find a corner to do my work.

Tables were covered in crumbs and other food
Bugs were crawling on the walls
Cashier double checked our order and then wrung it up wrong.
Bread Bowls were served cold.
Had to ask the kitchen for food missing from the order.

First time won't be back. Ladies were okay. The chicken noodle soup was just broth nothing else. Disappointing. Salad had brown leaves.

15 minutes wait for a simple hot chocolate. Only 3 people working in the whole place, and they looked like they were miserable. I felt bad for them having to work in that depressing environment. It's sad to see what Panera has become. Every location seems to be this way now.

The morning staff are FANTASTIC. I visit every morning and wait while my grandkid attend the career center. Can't speak highly enough about the people who work here. However, the restaurant needs some serious cleaning. The carpet is gross, the windows are always covered in fingerprints and gunk. The vents are dirty. It just needs a good cleaning and revamp. As for prices, they have truly gone up. G-kid got a $9 ham and cheese on baget. Tiny piece of bread, no side....$9.00. come on Panera, you can do better!!

Tonight was my 18th birthday and I came to celebrate with my friends at this location. Our waitress, I believe her name was Cheyenne, was really attentive and super sweet to our table. She brought out a strawberry cheesecake that was delicious and it made the overall experience really sweet.
Lovely waitress, at the end she said “and you can come back for your next birthday too,” and i definitely hope to.?

Always have had good service at this location. Angel (I believe is her name) is very friendly in the mornings, and deserves recognition.

Also whoever packed my lunch today did so with care. Free fresh baked cookie put between the soups to keep it warm and gooey. It's the little things ? ✨️

i had placed a rapid pick up order at my local panera (mind you that i've personally worked at in the past and know the proper customer service and help process) and had an absolutely terrible experience with the man I assume is the manager, James. I received the email that my order was ready but didnt find it on any shelves so i stood by the counter where orders are being made and James then gives me an extremely annoyed look and says Name? in a very bad tone. I told him my name and immediately without skipping a beat he goes there is no order by that name which immediately confused me since i had gotten the verification on email that it was ready. He offers absolutely no assistance or help in figuring out the issue and just cuts me off multiple times and gaslights me about my order ever existing?! I tried everything to show him proof i had ordered, had my order number, confirmation it was that location and he wouldnt even look at me let alone listen just kept saying if its not in his system he cannot fulfill which put me in an extremely awkward position as I had literally spent money for my dinner and was basically being pushed out! Turns out they gave it away in another order, only reason we found out is because another younger employee looked at orders they closed out and saw it there and mentioned that he had in fact made it and put it in a pile next to james insinuating james most likely packed it with a different order and younger employee immediately offers to remake it for me whist james is basically yelling at this kid trying to put the blame on him and saying the sandwich was never next to him. at the end of it all james didnt even apologize, and just had an incredibly dirty look on his face towards me. Got the sandwich remake and james didnt have a single word to say to me, walking out the two ladies behind me stopped me and exclaimed how rude they noticed he was to me!! Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager. Do better james your attitude was so unwarranted!
