Received ready notification but still had a long wait at the pick up desk. Either they are hitting ready early to hit a quota, or their automated timing is too fast for the workers.
Tables weren't clean and water cups were not readily available. Expect a wait for food to be made.

It was a pleasure going to this location. The cashier was very friendly and bubbly! I had soup and it was very good and creamy, both soups that I purchased! I will go back again!

I am here at lunch hour I have been standing in line for 15 minutes with four people ahead of me and they haven't even completed taking one order. They have one person working the register at the busy lunch hour. The floors are a mess. People working in the kitchen ate milling about back and forth and there's been a gentleman waiting for his food, he was already cashed out when I arrived. One employee is leaning on the counter taking a call in spite of the fact no one I'm the restaurant is being served. Cat worse as I stood here. The individual on the phone was using the phone with his gloved hand and then return to the food without changing the glove He also wiped his nose with the same gloved hand. Well now I got even worse. I asked to speak with the manager the manager came over and that is the individual that was on the phone and wiping his nose with his gloved hand and then handled the food. I stopped here to do a nice gesture for a co-worker and regret my decision to stop at this location.

Got a hot chocolate, broccoli cheddar soup and sandwich. Hot chocolate was only half filled (see picture) and broccoli cheddar soup was room temperature. I asked for no cilantro on sandwich and of course it was on the sandwich melted into the cheese, so not even able to be taken off. I’m not impressed unfortunately. Cost me $25 and definitely not worth it.

Coffee shop with no coffee. Manager learn to run your shop. It's a terrible thing to go buy a cup of coffee and the coffee is not fresh and served at room temperature. Tried the hazelnut and the dark and neither one was hot. When told the guy behind the the counter he only changed one instead of checking all types. Shows how bad the manager is. Management don't train employees correctly. This was Sunday Oct. 19th 3:15pm.

Panera bread is same everywhere and that's what makes it great. It always tastes the same. Never disappointed.
Not very clean, staff yelling back and forth to each other. Coffee urns and creamers empty. Baked goods (scone) dry and selection mid afternoon was sparse. Looks rundown and proximity to high school probably takes its toll.

The food is fine but insanely pricey. I have had quite a few interactions with staff being rude or dismissive with me.
I will give it 2/5 stars because this is a place I go to get stuff done. I'll usually buy a drink and find a corner to do my work.

Tables were covered in crumbs and other food Bugs were crawling on the walls Cashier double checked our order and then wrung it up wrong. Bread Bowls were served cold. Had to ask the kitchen for food missing from the order.
