This would be a great place to go, if and that is a big IF there was a place to actually sit and enjoy the meal you have paid for during the week. The resturant is completely full of High school students, which is fine but if you have paid for a meal you will not be able to sit in the resturant and eat. The food was yummy besides the hair that was intertwined in the kitchen sink cookie I ordered, I understand the cookie has many different ingredients...I don't think hair was supposed to be one of them. Not sure how the no seating for paying customers can be remedied but hopefully something can be done, I watched elderly patrons desperately looking for space to eat their meal....my opinion if your looking to sit and enjoy your meal school hours during the week especially lunch, you may want to choose a different location!Parking: Eastland- Fairfield career center also shares the parking lot....its pretty packed during school hours.

Will not come back to this one! Went in the cashier didn't make eye contact and the customer in front of me acting like she was the only customer, the cashier could have said I'll be right with you but didn't and then when I finally got to ask if they had what I wanted he said no.

I was very unimpressed with my experience here tonight. I hired a babysitter to come eat dinner and do some work without my kids around. Thinking I’d have a decently quiet space to work. The staff was SO disrespectful of the patrons. They were yelling obscenities at each other, loudly singing vulgar songs (I’m not a prude but I’m not at Panera for that), it took them several minutes to even take my order. Not to mention the place was filthy. I know high schoolers come in at lunch and can get rowdy but I was there at 7pm and there was still trash from other restaurants all over the floor. It was gross. Even that I can look past, but the behavior from the teenage staff and the older staff that allowed it was atrocious. I can usually work around kids being kids but this was next level. I’ll think twice next time I want a quiet dinner and work space.

Courteous staff but floors, counter and table tops and restrooms are filthy. Yesterday's footprints are visible

Dirtiest panera I've ever stepped foot in. All trash overflowing, trash all over floor. Out of croissants. Unaccompanied minors notbhelping the environment.

This Panera Bread provides consistently good food and quick, professional service. It's a lunch spot for the high school crowd, so eating inside for lunch can be loud, and finding a clean table is often a challenge.

Bagel was overbaked with no flavor. Cashier acted like it was a bother for her to answer my questions.

I love Panera soup but I'll never go back. I went alone with my child in his wheelchair. So between helping him navigate the restaurant and holding my drink there just wasn't enough hands for our food. I asked for help but the employees looked liked I had asked for something weird like a 3 headed monster or something. They just stared at each other uncomfortably until a random customer offered to carry it for me. So the moral is, if you're not able to carry your own plate and drink, you're not welcome here.Kid-friendliness: Has a decent kids menu but the highchairs are small and hidden away from the table area. There's no one to help you bring food to your table so 2 adults are required unless your children can either carry their own plates or sit at a table unsupervised.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. Yes you can get in the door and around the restaurant. But the employees look at you like you asked for a 3 headed dragon if you request any help carrying your plate to the table. The plates are also just barely big enough for your food so it's a mess just waiting to happen.

Went through drive through for 2 Asiago Bagels both which were burnt. Lady at the window was very rude. For amount I spent on 2 Bagels this is unacceptable! Called and didn't even receive an apology.

Updated Post - Spoke with store mgmt who provided some background. Pre-orders should be submitted 3 days in advance. If last minute need arises, call in advance to check bread availability. Very pleased with response to concerns.Original Post - Arrived early Saturday morning for bread and other items. No white bread, no whole grain bread, no tomato basil bread at 7:00 am. Pre-ordering isn't the answer as previous orders were missing the bread even when ordered two days in advance. Left empty handed and will head to a full-service bakery later this morning for everything on my list. Really sad that a place that built its reputation with bread is unable to offer what's on their bread menu.
