The server was not knowledgeable re: the menu. The food tasted good, but then my family was sick the next day. According to the cook, the seafood/ fish is delivered fresh once a week, but then frozen. Parking is easy. There is a children’s menu.

Normally go to Cajun boil or Kai's seafood boil But they were closed this year on Christmas. Stumbled across pier 11 in Stoneridge and worst customer service ever. Ordered crab boil bags fried shrimp and fried chicken baskets. When I ordered worker was rude and when I came to pick my food up younger oriental girl smacked her lips and huffed when I asked for lemon. Rolled her eyes went to back where the manager or owners (oriental family) was sitting and sat talking about me for 3 minutes while I waited for lemon.Didn't offer or give me any gloves bibs or utensils. And flavor wasn't good enough for bad customer service. Go to kais or Cajun boil !!!

I went in for lunch. They have lunch prices until 3 pm. There was no wait. I ordered 1/2lb shrimp boil (no heads) with cajun medium heat (medium was not hot, I would get hot next time). The shrimp was just a little overcooked. It was odd that there were noodles in the boil. They do have a full bar that seats about 10. The server was nice and greeted when I entered. There was plenty of parking.

I placed an order last night at 9:32 and went to pick up it up shortly before they closed; tired and hungry from work. I ordered Bay Scallops, Snow crab, and blue crab. The “Scallops” they are serving are imitation Surimi Scallops which were rubbery, unseasoned, and CLEARLY imitation. Real Scallops are white and flaky when cooked; these were rubber balls. The quality of the crab was extremely poor and stringy which indicates it was frozen for a while and low quality before being cooked. My receipt said 80$ but I was charged 96$ on my card and when I asked for a Manager I was told he was the manager and he made exscuse that it was the “bank”. I work down the road in a restaurant and only ordered there because I’d been craving seafood so I’m FULLY aware that he was lying. He tried to add a 15$ tip onto my card assuming that I would not notice because most people don’t! Dishonorable business practices and low quality seafood. They keep saying that “seafood is expensive” but have the nerve to serve us LOW QUALITY, and some unauthentic seafood! I will take the extra 15 minute drive and stick to Cajun crab boil; where 70$ would have gotten us a heap of FRESH seafood but they would have been closed by the time I’d gotten there.

my boyfriend took me here for my first time trying a seafood boil and it was absolutely amazing! we both loved it and cannot wait to go back? our server was so nice as well.

The manager was absolutely disgusting and mean, I am all allergic to sausage and I ordered a boil bag and there was multiple pieces of sausage in it and he is refusing to do anything about it arguing with me on the phone calling me out of my name all kinds of stuff he says his name is Tony, and they don’t have a corporate that I am able to call. Somebody needs to get a hold of me immediately.

Food is meh and the prices doesn’t match website prices. More expensive and changed in restaurant menu with a sharpie. The food is precooked/overcooked then when you order, it’s picked out and mix together. There isn’t any flavor or barely any seasoning. The corn and potatoes you can tell been cooked and boiled all day. Mushy and bland. I don’t believe the weight of the food is accurate. The crawfish doesn’t taste or smell fresh, had a spoiled smell. The hush puppies are small and you can tell it’s the store bought just heated up. The calamari wasn’t bread properly and arrived cold. I had better quality food and better priced. First time here and I won’t go back again.
