Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Have come twice around 10:40. Every time there’s one car or no cars in front of me and it has taken 20+ minutes every time. Will not come back to this location.

Love the basic flavor of the chicken, but prefer not to keep biting into tendons. The fries are ice cold after 5 min drive home. At almost $17 for a Caniac Combo meal (6 pc), the least you could do is remove the tendons, I can live with the cold fries, I guess. Raising Cane's is definitely not on my regular rotation of food joints.

Raising Canes has decided to not allow you to place orders on the phone anymore. You have to set up an account with them and use their online app.
They also have no number to call to speak with a supervisor about any issues that you may have.
Was not allowed to place the order.

I went through the drive thru and got my drink right away but the order took much longer than it should have. There were 2 employees just standing at the windows doing nothing.
Food is good as per any Canes but odd it took so long for just a Box meal.

Was on luch break with a friend and while we were waiting for our food which took 15min before even being able to order we were asked to leave because my buddy and I work construction and apparently we're too dirty to be inside we were then told to come back in 5 min to pick our food up or we could go through drive thru this business has very poor morals and I as much as I like canes I would not recommend this Gahanna Stoneridge location to anyone

Walked in and asked for a maniac combo and not only was i waiting about 20min before getting served but the lady at the front was very rude and when I asked why there was such a long wait wait she replied with look around cant you see all these mfrs in here what makes you think your so special I simply walked out and I do not recommend this places for anyone unless you feel like being insulted.

Ordered a box Saturday night. With what I received, honestly, I would have preferred to just go hungry.

Chicken was way overcooked (in burnt, used up, unchanged oil that had that foul burnt smell and taste to it)

I used the drive thru. The line went fast. I was greeted when ordering, placed my order, and paid. The food was hot and crispy. If you need ketchup be sure to ask, it isn't given. The staff was nice. The parking lot is easy to get into and out of
