romeos is my favorite pizza place ever, especially since the added the option to adjust cheese and sauce amounts on the BYO, the pizza sauce is sweet in a good way and i always get extra. the homemade ranch is also amazing

Do not order from this location if you want quality food and service, I received a pizza from this location with incorrect crust and no sauce. When I called to inquire about my incorrect order the manager was unwilling to offer any assistance and threatened me over the phone. I’ll get my pizza at jets next time where they don’t forget my sauce. My family will no longer be supporting romeos pizza.

I really want to give 5 stars because USUALLY the pizza is delicious. I like the sauce and it’s always ready quick. HOWEVER, this time the pizza was burnt!!!! I don’t know what happened this time but I hope if we decide to try it again it’s back to normal.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the store cancelled my order? Never ordered from here before and definitely won’t again !
Only problem is when you order on line , once you select rewards you can’t change it. I wanted to change it to BOGO which would have been a better deal than my rewards and I couldn’t change it. Tried to go back, tried starting over , it would not change the order
