romeos is my favorite pizza place ever, especially since the added the option to adjust cheese and sauce amounts on the BYO, the pizza sauce is sweet in a good way and i always get extra. the homemade ranch is also amazing

I really want to give 5 stars because USUALLY the pizza is delicious. I like the sauce and it’s always ready quick. HOWEVER, this time the pizza was burnt!!!! I don’t know what happened this time but I hope if we decide to try it again it’s back to normal.

Only problem is when you order on line , once you select rewards you can’t change it. I wanted to change it to BOGO which would have been a better deal than my rewards and I couldn’t change it. Tried to go back, tried starting over , it would not change the order
