I just ordered a coney and a 4-way from this location. The coney was good. The 4-way was pathetic. There was next to no chili. Seriously, I'm not sure how anyone who knows what a 4-way is could have thought it was okay to serve it this way. It felt like I was being punked when I opened it. I've eaten at many locations in the past, both carry-out and in the restaurant. I know what to expect when I order. This time, this location fell far below expectations. I did call to let the manager working know, but no offers were made to refund or otherwise make it right.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting ... Service was fine but every single table was dirty and workers sitting around the bar not cleaning. Saw multiple groups of people sit at tables that had stuff all over them, and the server not even cleaning the old dirty dishes or wiping the table. Makes me very nervous about the conditions in the back of house. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

This place is similar to 50s diner with Greek chili on hotdogs and/or spaghetti covered in a pile of shredded cheese. It’s definitely different from the normal chili. But it’s really good for a change. The service was very good and fast. Every time we go through the Cincinnati area we always stop at least once. The quality and service is always good. We’ve even bought cans of chili to take home.

Asked for hot sauce with my drive-through order and was handed my food by the same person seconds later. No hot sauce. These are impressive levels of incompetence

Corporate owned, skimp on chili, do not know how to make a coney, skimp on Portions. Find an individually owned (Olentangy River Road) for better portions and service. They need to be the new training location. Gahanna location did good when they first reopened, but it has been embarrassing the past many months, when I took visiting Skyline loving guests over last three visits. I grew up in Cincinnati, and I believe the founding owners and their families, would be greatly disappointed with what we have experienced in Gahanna, and a couple Ifnothrr locations.
