Went there last night. At 944 to get a smoothie. Door was open and they close at 10. Just for the two girl to tell me they’re not making my smoothie. Because they wanted to go home.
Assuming they don’t want to their jobs cause it was 15 minutes from closing time.
Thanks for allowing me to drive out there just to tell me no. Wonder what management would think about this.

I come here a few times a week and pretty much get the same thing. The guys that work the morning during the week (idk theirs names) but they are amazing. They know what i got when i walk in and have it ready to hand to me. They are super nice always smiling, and in a positive mood.

I’ve visit this location numerous times and at first the service was great! However after several encounters with a particular group of staff on certain days including today it’s becoming very unpleasant. I’ve reached out to the corporate office and I received a response that the behavior of an employee was due to a loss of a family member which I can understand however that was almost 6 months ago and nothing has changed. It’s even to the point I’ve walked out when I see that group of employees staffed because my order is usually messed up and they are unable to follow simple directions and very unpleasant.
I would recommend visiting the smoothie king just a few miles in New Albany their staff go over and beyond!
