Just went in here and there are two women. The one who seemed to be working on an online order at least looked up and smiled at me. The other was off to the side holding what sounded to be a heated personal conversation in a foreign language. We could see each other. I waited a couple minuites. Left.
If it were me, I'd have gotten off the phone so I could do my job. No one said a word to me. I award the polite smile a second star.

I don’t usually go to this Subway, but I really didn’t like the experience I had. I stopped in for double chocolate cookies — thankfully, they had some — but I didn’t realize how burnt and overdone they were until I bit into one. I’ve been eating these cookies for years, and this was honestly disappointing. I should’ve known better by the look of those cookies. They were so dry and crumbly. I’m baker and honestly I should’ve stayed home and baked some.
On top of that, the person behind the counter wasn’t wearing gloves while handling my takeout order and was on the phone the whole time. Phones carry a lot of germs, and that’s just not sanitary. My regular Subway didn’t have any cookies baked that day 😂 but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back to either location.

Good god, ever since I’ve seen the new faces this place has been trash. I wanted a turkey sub. Got 3 slices. The older gentlemen who (I believe is/was the franchise owner? Not sure.) he knew how to make a sandwich. These kids don’t.

Food is fresh, but the service and the atmosphere is below zero the company is dying financially because they didn't spend much on upgrading the menue items, price ranges and customer service. The quality of choosing the people working is below zero and it will be a mearcul to get your correct order with your requested ingredients without improvising. I've ordered a foot long Turkey sandwich combo and after I left the store I found it Tuna sandwich?!
Is Turkey= Tuna now a days!!!

This is my go to subway never had a problem with anyone until today there was a young black girl with braided hair name is Carine I guessing she didn’t have a name tag on so I asked another employee her name but she is very rude I asked her for a little more onion she gave me the death stare as if I asked for a pound of meat she also was being rude with employee felt bad for the young lady helping her very rude attitude slamming things rolling eyes and all I’ve worked in customer service so I understand but we were the only ones in there besides the family sitting at a table I no a extra onion didn’t damper your day the attitude wasn’t needed I hope the young lady working with her don’t quit

There is a girl who took my order and she is very rude. I never seen such a rude person in my life. I said I want half foot bread and she got me 1 foot after that I said it’s okay it happens and I took that 1 foot bread. Still that girl was very rude. Why you want to work in a fast food If you don’t treat your costumers well?

Came in at 5:30pm on august 12th, the two people that are working (young lady with glasses and the young man with the short fro) are always fantastic with every aspect of their job. I hope they are some how rewarded for their great customer service and work speed. If not they can come work at my restaurant!

I love the food and the location! But . . The owner/manager is always unapproachable and just plain cold. I’m perplexed as to why friendliness is beyond him? Way to show your customers that you’re grateful for their business! I think it’s time to try Jersey Mikes.
