I always have an amazing experience with Hannah K she is amazing, so kind, listens to me when I talk, has a nice positive attitude and works extremely hard. I come back to this location specifically for her customer service. I don’t know how much she makes but she deserves a raise

Just stopped through here while doing doordash to get myself something to eat. Got the $6 online exclusive box. Potato was old and soggy, with some chunks being burnt and hard as a rock. My 5 layer burrito was disgusting and full of onions, when it's not even supposed to come with onions on it to begin with. Definitely, will not be returning to this location.

The younger lady that works at the drive thru window today (7-25-25) @5:20 pm has her headphones in and ignores you when you talk to her. It’s very rude.
To add I came here AGAIN on 7-28-25 @ around 3:30 pm and the same women was in the window and this time completely messed up my order and was very rude. I ordered 3 tajin tacos and got 3 regular tacos. She had her head phones in again and more or less slammed the window after handing me back my card. I don’t normally leave reviews but WOW. I work in retail customer service with a lot of other people and she is by far the worst I’ve seen.

They seemed shorthanded and the workers are always behind. They are always polite but it seems workers don't show up making the service slow.

Supervisor on duty refused my coupon because it was torn. The coupon was clearly two parts of one coupon. Of all the conditions the coupon listed, there was nothing about being void if damaged. When I asked the supervisor her name, she told me and told me to call whoever I want, which was surprising. I've had no issues with my experience in the past, just this one supervisor refusing my coupon. I would have honored it at my restaurant. It may seem pedantic, but clearly the service industry is not a good fit considered how she treats guests.

Took 25min for 4 tacos and they made them wrong. Every time i come here they mess something up and take forever
I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Every time I ate here it messed with my stomach, avoid it like the plague. Rolled up to the speaker and the man rudely said onto the mic “Go head” like he has better things to do with his time. No chips at 8pm in the evening? If you don’t like your job then leave! No one else chose it except for you. The hell.

Taco Bell at Stoneridge is awful. I went in earlier to pick up an order. There wasn't an employee in sight. I called out a hello. Finally, someone emerged but the order wasn't ready. They couldn't tell me how long the wait would be and I was already fed up with the wait I already had so I left. Avoid this place.
