We went here late at night. Gal was nice and was helpful. Ordered peach cobbler and strawberry/peach cobbler. It was very good! Perfect amount of crust and fruit. Will be going back! :)

I have to agree with previous reviews about dryness. I ordered the strawberry peach cobbler and the apple stuffed cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was hard in the middle and very dry on the outside. And no I'm not one of those people that is never happy (like someone mentioned before). I'm sure it depends when you go. I went on a weeknight a few hours before they closed. The service wasn't bad but the place was empty. My cobbler was barely warmed up and the fruit was hard. Maybe it was fluke but I was very underwhelmed after all the hype around this place. City BBQ has better peach cobbler (and it doesn't cost $8). It looks good, just didn't taste amazing.

Cobbler is always good but it seems like there always out of alot of things including peach Cobbler, I've been 4 times now and peach Cobbler has only been available once, not available today again.

first of all, it’s so cute in here! second of all, the menu is incredible! we tried it for the first time and had no idea what to pick but both of our choices were amazing. and third of all, we lost a wallet in the parking lot and they kept it safe for us overnight! i called before they opened to see if anyone had turned one in and the associates had found it and tried to wave us down with no luck! thank you so much!

The hours can be deceiving if you plan to stop in after 10pm. You can dine in Noon to 10pm every day. If you are craving a treat after 10pm, you will have to order from your phone and wait in your car. Online orders are open till 1am, but you can't go inside. Took about 15 min, and I picked it up at the door.Delicious treats!! Everything was fresh and tons of flavor!!Vegetarian options: Didn't see any meatParking: Large lot out front. Standard strip with parking.Kid-friendliness: Great environment. Friendly staffWheelchair accessibility: No steps from parking lot to building entrance.

Family of 4 ! It so good and fresh and perfect I called and told them thank you! Me and my 3 kiddos just decided on birthdays here for dessert I stead of cakes .. Taste like Grandma's.
First timer here with our friends from NC. We got a huge variety of desserts and loved each one! Definitely recommend the flight of banana pudding and cobbler options! Can’t wait to come back!

I have been checking out different places for food and dessert for my daughters birthday/graduation party. I decided to check out The Peach Cobbler Factory and ordered a large assortment of items for me and my coworkers to try. To start the communication was spot on! It is easier for me to connect via email or texting. Jamie responded promptly to each email and since I was getting a large assortment was very helpful in deciding what type of packs to get. They don't open until noon but were very accommodating with Larry delivering to my office at 10am. Everything was baked fresh that morning and everything tasted amazing. My assortment consisted of some cobblers, pudding, brownie and cookie bites. I can't even pick a favorite but I do know they will be a part of my daughters celebration! This picture isn't even half of what we got.
