You have a red haired employee that needs fired. I've been here and had good service before but this particular employee acts like working there is the last place they want to be. It's a guarantee you'll get fair service at best with them at the counter.Once ignored me and another customer at the counter for 10 minutes. Not even a "We'll be with you shortly" or acknowledgement we were there.Another time I came in for a $2 latte and doughnut (same employee) Once again given marginal customer service and then I noticed I was charged full price for my lattes (Sign on display said $2 lattes after 1pm} I asked the employee about it and he looked at the receipt, tossed it back at me and said "We must not be doing it anymore" and walked away. Even though the digital sign still clearly advertised it. I was more upset about his poor customer service than getting charged full price. I'll be going to Dunkin across the street more often where I've always had good customer service.

I ordered a dark roast coffee. It was bitter and I had an appointment across the street, so I dropped my vehicle off and walked back over. When I shared the problem, the young man tried to explain that this is just the way dark roast taste. I explained that I drink this kind every visit (not this location), so I know what it tastes like. He stared at me. He seemed annoyed. Then explained that they make it every 45 minutes, but was not able to tell me when it had last been made. He then brought me a small cup to sample and I explained that I never drink it black so it wouldn't work for me to judge it that way. I told him to give me some sugar so that I could see if that might help.He lifted the entire box to the counter. It didn't help. He finally offered me a new one. From that same pot that had been sitting an unknown amount of time. He brought me a black cup. I explained that I had ordered a double double. He told me he would put it in a cup. He brought cream and sugar in a separate cup(but why? I hadn't tasted it). I accepted it, poured and mixed. but it didn't help. Another woman (white) returned her drink saying it wasn't correct. This same young man offered her an immediate apology and turned quickly to provide her correction. I noted this and then looked back where the dark roast had been sitting. The pot was gone, presumably to make a fresh pot. Good customer service would look like an apology and a cup from a fresh pot. This is an easy fix. I opted to not speak to anyone further. I've never been to this location before. I won't be back.

I bought breakfast from this location today I’m sick all day what a gross place. Will never get get anything from Timhortons forever because this is second incident to me in previous time I had uncooked bacon ?

This location need to train ppl to make coffee in good way ….coffees are so watery it’s not worth to pay even $1…I went back several time still same kind of coffee …..I guess it’s only this location .other location Tim Horton have the best coffee.

Only go here if you got a lot of time. Walked in and 3 people looked at me and did not speak. I continued to wait and they continued to glance my way and did not speak. After several minutes a guy came out from the back and reluctantly took my order. The coffee was good for sure but the service if you could call it that should be tossed out with the coffee grinds. Will not go back

Today around 11 AM I had the best customer service! Employee asked about my day in a way that was genuine and personable. It was easy to see he was genuinely interested and then he filled my order perfectly and quickly. Because of HIM I have changed my opinion of this chain.

Food was thrown together, barely toasted if at all. They forgot my hashbrowns, so I went back. What they gave me was all mashed up and part of it missing, so I just drove to another location to get it fixed. I get home, and after I ate most of my sandwich, I find a short curly black hair in my sandwich.*Update* I called customer service and they said they were going to expedite "looking into it"...it's been 2 weeks and nothing. So their concern is empty at best.

I frequent Tim Hortons and visit locations all over and this location is BY FAR the worst. They can't ever find my mobile order and they never have gotten my order right....a plain toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. I have received breakfast sandwiches, everything bagels, bagels with barely any cream cheese, and plain bagels that aren't toasted with extra cream cheese. I don't know if the staff just doesn't care or if they just have no idea what they are doing but i have yet to get a correct order that is very simple.

It would be nice if the lobby was open. It's a quarter to 8am and not everyone can fit through the drive thru.theres a bunch of industrial parks in that neighborhood. Truck drivers need donuts too.

The standard of customer service at any drive thru these days seems to be shoving a bag of food at you and slamming the window shut without a word.I am always so impressed with how kind and polite the staff at this location. The two working the drive thru this afternoon and the gentleman with dark hair and glasses all deserve recognition.

Order was messed up , only had meat on the burritos, when it was supposed to be the loaded farmers wrap , the hash brown was cold , the bacon was disgusting and the sausage was barely editable , back to mcdonalds breakfast
