I don’t have enough great things to say about this location! The food is always hot, the donuts are always fresh, and the drinks are always made to perfection! The staff is so kind and patient! Definitely the best Tim’s location I’ve been to by far!!!

Please avoid this place. I placed an order and I have no option to cancel it. There is no way for us to do that and they asked me contact corporate. I made a new purchase and didn’t even collect the first one and requested for a refund on the first but even after calling in they won’t give the money back. Worst customer service.
Update: I contacted through the app and even called through the customer service number and shared the case number. Send two follow up emails reached out through Facebook messenger still no one helped me.

Tried the Oreo Dream Cookie. This is the same basic cookie most places have, nothing significant. It had a dollop of the frosting and chopped Oreos vs the picture they have in the advert. Cookie was thick, crunchy/crispy edges, underbaked in the center. It was ok but not notable. Loved the juice, tho.

I was in the Agler Rd location this morning. I observed a fly in the case, but my items came from the back. When I brought my items home, I bit into a very long hair wrapped onto one of the donuts I purchased. Disgusting.

We placed a large order for an athletic event. The coffee and sandwiches were hot and delicious. (We used a Yeti to keep them hot over a period of hours). We also ordered iced coffee to go my teen daughter loved it. The staff was polite and professional at pick-up, even though we were not the only large order and drive thru was busy. For quick stop for coffee, sandwiches and treats. Definitely will return to order.

That same manager told me I was incorrect when I asked him to fill my drink a little more and he told me I was incorrect. I used to work at TH I know what line it's supposed to be filled to. So when he "filled it up" and gave it back to us he spilled it on the inside of our car. I was actually so shocked. The other employees there are so sweet and always have a smile on their face.
