went thru the drive thru gave the man my card he said thanks gave me a reciept. pulled to next window and they asked for more money... said I owed a few dollars still... now i know how credit cards work. Either they go thru or dencline. This place is a store of thieves. Iv never been actually rip off at a drive thru by the workers but i gotta give it them they got a racket going on over there. a smooth operation few dollars over hundreds served im sure would add up fast. never will go again.

I went to the drive through of this location today. I haven't been to this one in over a year, as I don't eat Wendy's much. As soon as I got to intercom, the guy asked me to hold twice ,and then after my order was taken, I noticed my bag only had my fries and not my burgers, I brought this up & they rushed to get them . They act like you are a bother to them,<< won't be back.

The cost of eating at Wendy's in general has become outrageously expensive. I pay what I would pay at a sit-down restaurant for what feels like is smaller and smaller portions every time I go. It's not just this Wendy's put this one in particular. Seems to have issues with their drive-thru either everyone in the Drive-Thru doesn't understand how to order or pay or get a receipt or the people working there don't. It's probably a little bit of both, but it seemed the four people in front of me were either befuddled by the whole idea of being in a drive-thru or those serving them either got the orders wrong or didn't know how to give him a receipt or didn't know how to give them change or run their credit card. It was infuriating. The food was good though

Great food but the lady taking orders is mouthy as can be. Cutting us off and trying to speed up our order then forgot stuff at the window and tried to make it seem like it was our fault for her cutting us off mid order. Trash attitude. Will go to the new Albany one next time.

I stopped by to try the new Takis meal and it was pitiful. I got maybe 2 takes on the sandwich and a smudge of cheese sauce. The fries are just dusted with the red spice nothing special. The service was average.
