The dinning room was not very clean, floors were sticky in spots. Is always interesting when you walk into a business and staff look at you, then return to what they were doing and not acknowledge you're there. The drink I got was very watered down, might have been low and needed changed. There is a terrible sewer smell coming from the front counter/restroom hallway area that is discouraging and unappealing. The extensive Buckeye deco was cool.

I'm writing a review just so I can remember which Wendys to come back to. This was the best one yet. Very fast and the food was all hot. I'm not sure what they do different with the bacon astoria fries but theirs are better than any other Wendys I've been to!

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a rather unpleasant experience. I specifically requested a 10-piece order of honey BBQ saucy nuggets and a medium fries. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that it was merely regular chicken nuggets, not what I had ordered. When I politely informed the employee of the mistake, she responded with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude, even raising her voice at me. This left me feeling highly disrespected. The employee in question is a white lady with long hair and a piercing above her mouth. Wendy’s, I urge you to address this issue and please consider removing her from your staff, as hiring courteous and respectful employees is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction.

The experience was 5 stars. Everyone was courteous. Food was made to perfection. It was fresh and hot. I had a classic chicken combo small $10?. Definitely one of the better restaurants I've visited of Wendy's.
What’s going on? Ordered a biggie bag with a sprite was told there was no sprite ordered a tropical drink got sprite instead….. after the extra charge. Then was told it’d be two different prices from two different people then didn’t get what I ordered. Not trynna be an a hole but I work hard for my money not trynna waste it bc someone’s having a bad day.

I went through the drive thru and the woman that took my order was so nice and took everything I said and repeated it back to me and then as I pulled around everyone was nice then I went home to eat and all my food was made properly which is rare nowadays this Wendy's is usually on point when making orders!

Every time I go here they mess up the order, yesterday ordered 2 drinks and fries, just gave 1 drink. Today was charged for fries but when drove away I noticed there were fries although they charged it . Not going to this Wendy’s again after multiple order being messed up.
