Great food but the lady taking orders is mouthy as can be. Cutting us off and trying to speed up our order then forgot stuff at the window and tried to make it seem like it was our fault for her cutting us off mid order. Trash attitude. Will go to the new Albany one next time.

I stopped by to try the new Takis meal and it was pitiful. I got maybe 2 takes on the sandwich and a smudge of cheese sauce. The fries are just dusted with the red spice nothing special. The service was average.

I went here twice in one day and got the same thing. A baconator with just cheese. Both times they mess it up. It's not hard to read a little screen, come on people

I’ve been to my fair share of Wendy’s lol, and this one is my favorite. My work crew and I get Wendy’s from this location often and they are always SO nice and kind, and orders are always correct. They’re pretty great :)
Cashier was great with my group there. Some had there own lunch but staff got theam frosty afterwards.

The dinning room was not very clean, floors were sticky in spots. Is always interesting when you walk into a business and staff look at you, then return to what they were doing and not acknowledge you're there. The drink I got was very watered down, might have been low and needed changed. There is a terrible sewer smell coming from the front counter/restroom hallway area that is discouraging and unappealing. The extensive Buckeye deco was cool.

I'm writing a review just so I can remember which Wendys to come back to. This was the best one yet. Very fast and the food was all hot. I'm not sure what they do different with the bacon astoria fries but theirs are better than any other Wendys I've been to!

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a rather unpleasant experience. I specifically requested a 10-piece order of honey BBQ saucy nuggets and a medium fries. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that it was merely regular chicken nuggets, not what I had ordered. When I politely informed the employee of the mistake, she responded with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude, even raising her voice at me. This left me feeling highly disrespected. The employee in question is a white lady with long hair and a piercing above her mouth. Wendy’s, I urge you to address this issue and please consider removing her from your staff, as hiring courteous and respectful employees is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction.
