For my first Whit's experience I felt like I was kind of rushed. But the ladies talked me through it. They were amazing. Definitely going back

Custard was too soft. They shouldn't have served a product that became soup 3 min. after serving.

I've been coming to this location for years and always forget to leave the review. Lately due to circumstances I won't go into here I've been craving milkshakes. But it can't be just any milkshake. Has to be made fresh and frozen custard is right up there among my favorites.

My wife usually gets the flavor of the day as a scoop in a cup whereas I'm almost always getting a strawberry shake. All I can tell you is that when I'm in pain, it's not narcotics or other medicinal options that I reach for, but rather a Whits Strawberry Milkshake.

It's always just the right thickness that I'm forced to drink slowly, which is what I need. This is a requirement because it tastes so good I would prefer to drink it fast and that wouldn't help. The temperature of their shake calms the pain around my sternum in a way that's hard to describe and doesn't even make sense. To me the product is heavenly both in taste and comfort.

I've had their waffle cones as well and that's also never a wing choice.

Love our local Whit’s for all the good things it does. Used to work here, actually! But man the consistency in quality is just not there anymore. I get a whitser probably once a week and tonight’s result just pushed me to finally post a review - it was a cup covered on the sides with toppings, and the inside full of custard with some bites of (barely any) toppings at the top that just continued to get less and less blended. I got a mud pie, and if it’s blended correctly there shouldn’t be any pale white and there are literally no cookie pieces blended past the top.

Knowing how a product is supposed to be made is the only reason I’m posting this. Quality has been low for awhile, and it’s generally always down to how toppings are mixed into the product - flavor of the week or whitser or otherwise.

I’m a huge custard lover (big fan of Culver’s and Freddie’s). I got a mini Witser of chocoholic (special feature flavor) with peanut butter sauce. As a non local, the menu was a bit confusing and it seemed to me that several of the items were quite similar. I would recommend putting out the sizes for customers to view so that the workers don’t have to keep repeating the answers to frequently asked questions. The girl at the window was friendly and offered to explain the menu to me. The custard itself was delicious and rich, but a bit expensive for the amount. I came near closing time so there was virtually no wait. Cute outdoor seating area.

I would like to express my deepest displeasure on the service I got. I just wanted an Affogato and I got something else.

Long story short…. I got a latte with a scoop of frozen custard in it. Which is not inherently bad but it was not an Affogato. The cashier did not know what it was so I explained it was a scoop with an espresso shot in it.

I explained what I got was not it and other whits do it the correct way. And the response we got was “this is how we do it sorry.” I thought was it was very rude and poorly executed customer service.

I did not expect this whits to do it differently from others! I don’t know but I can tell you an Affogato does not come in a large coffee cup.

I did not get a refund nor was it correct. You are honestly better spending you money somewhere that offers better service and more consistent products. Have a great day and go to Jeni’s or Graeter’s

The ice cream was very creamy. Banana cream pie was delicious. The drive through line was really long. Service was just ok, pretty slow. We ordered slushes as well and found out afterwards the machine was broken. They gave us a refund.

Very nice place to enjoy a treat. Staff playing around in kitchen. Little to no supervision, I guess.

Ice cream was half melted sugar cones were not offered just cheap cake cone or an overpriced waffle cone. Not worth the premium price.
