10/10! I don’t usually ever have any problems here, most people are friendly here, service is quick and good and I cant say they’ve ever really messed up my order lol. Today I came thru the drive thru and had both of my dogs with me (usually have them with me) but the girl at the window was so happy and overjoyed when I had them and she even gave them dog biscuits. So appreciative of that! Service was excellent as always but something about todays experience just compelled me to leave a good and honest review! 🤗

I ordered 2 crispy fish for pick up at drive thru window. 2:30 pm. Had to wait on order. 1 other car there. Went straight home ,sandwiches were cold. Not sure how old the oil is but the sandwiches were horrible! Might want to check the oil. Not sure if we will be back.

This place is horrible, never get the food you order. If you order online they won't give you a refund for missing items. Manager is a dick
Everything was good, the only thing that wasn't is the fish sandwich we ordered with no lettuce, came with lettuce, lol. But I do think that maybe he did not hear me say no lettuce, so everything was okay, no complaints!
Just stopped in this evening craving mac & cheese bites and roast beef. At 9:08pm, walked up to a locked door when it's supposed to be open til 10pm. Couldn't even do the drive-through due to hauling a horse trailer. The lights were on and people inside, but all doors locked to customers. Might want to check your staff over!
The shift depends. usually evening is so much better. The manager Jan is not nice to her employees or guest.

I ordered classic roast beef and curly fries. The fries were over cooked and cold not to sure how that happens, but it did the sandwich was good but very stingy with the arbys sauce 1 packet was not enough for the roast beef.
