Adjusted score based on recent visit. Unpersonable grumpy manager tells me to get out right at closing time when I was having a dine in meal. Congrats on being the first place to kick people out at whatever point they are at when dining in when the closing time comes. Never been to a sit down place and had that happen. Protecting staff was his excuse. I guess you will be able to protect them well when the place closes down from your tude with guests that will not darken your door again.

We called at 11pm (1 hr before close) & asked if they had any cookies left for the day. The gal on the phone was really kind and let me know they had only 1 lonely cookie left. We asked if they ever made any later in the evening or if people asked, like if we came through and ordered a dozen would it be okay? She didn’t hesitate to say “yeah let me check that I have a bag & if so I’d be happy to throw some in for you but itll be like 10-15 minutes” I said we had no issue waiting and thanked her. When we went & ordered the cookies & couldn’t help but notice how they were so neatly packed! I don’t think she got a fleck of chocolate on the outside of the sleeves or on the bag at all LOL She could have rushed and been irritated but she didn’t and idk I think that speaks for someone’s work ethic and character. It made the experience better thatd for sure. We’re both on the spectrum and often struggle with things being messy or sticky or gross so it was something that stood out to us and were thankful.

Went through the drive through, got a few meals only to not receive $14 burger. When I called and they eventually answered, all I got was silence. I said hello, a girl eventually said hello. So I told her what happened and after that there was just complete silence. I said hello again a few times, call still going, but no response. I hung up and called again, just to get the transfer tone. Super unprofessional.
Fries are like eating cardboard meat is raw and of course prices raised. I paid over 7.00 for a whopper Jr. meal. I used to pay little over 6.00. And some of the people that work there are not happy with their job because they don't smile not pleasant it's like hurry get your order and leave them alone. There are a few good ones I really like there. But those young girls no. They don't smile say hi have a nice day they just look at you
