They were open and never greeted me for about 3 minutes in the drive thru so i left. Also there wasnt a line. And it was about 20 minutes after they opened

Waited 10 min in drive-thru for wrong order, I get it .it happens. Let them know the order wasn't mine. Waited another 5 min for another wrong order and cold fries. typical dairy queen experience. Get a system management

So going through the drive thru, take a look in the window, you will see a sign that states if it takes longer then 3 minutes move them forward. That parts not the issue, the issue is if your going to move someone forward, dont hand them there ice cream at the window and then move them forward to wait then give them cold food. I got the #9 burger and the cheese didnt even melt on an old ass patty that was dry as hell, and then by the time you get to your ice cream its melted because they made that first. COME ON.

Applied for a manger job I am overqualified for. Called 3 times to finally reach "hiring manager." She sounded like she was 24 with an attitude. Was very short and kind of rude. Whoever the regional is needs to check in on this store.
