Apparently they don’t know how to order food. Went and they were out of 6 food items, including fries and chicken tenders. How is that possible you don’t have half your menu items available?

The absolute WORST place EVER!!! We've given dairyqueen 3 chances and you failed all 3 times. Don't order food from here. I waited 10 mins for a hotdogs, burger and onion rings. Even after 10 mins and only 1 petson in front of me and my order was wrong and the girl at drive thru was the MANAGER IN CHARGE and my order was still wrong and cold and couldn't eat it and when I called the store. The manager told me she would write my name down and the next time I came in they would make it right! WRONG!!! We're never going back. Terrible Terrible place. Stick with ice cream because your food and manager need alot of improvement. This store has Failed!!!

My husband and I had a nice lunch here. I had chicken strips and fries . My husband had cheeseburgers and fries . The young lady who took my order was very nice.

I tossed the entire meal in the trash, the absolute worst service I've ever seen and I would like to know what the heck your thinking about, do not ever contact my email. I don't know how you did it there has to be something illegal about it! I promise to dig into it and if I find out I will sue!! I will never deal with dq again and promise to discourage anyone else to!!

Normally a decent place. Can be very busy at times. On this particular visit they tanked! Very friendly when ordering. But failed on accuracy. Ordered 1 burger with just mustard no cheese. Ordered a deluxe double no onion no mustard. Both sandwiches made wrong. Single burger had cheese which I went in and had them redo. Which they did. We had an appt. To get to so we left. I was eating other things and didn't check the deluxe. My mistake. It was not the sandwich I ordered at all. Had onion, mustard and bacon all over it!! I don't like bacon especially!! Did not return to reorder as we were out of time.
Like I said usually a good place no issues but not this time. Talk it up to having a bad night? They were not busy at all. IdK. We will try again another time.

We accidently got a Door Dash order delivered to our house last night. We told the girl that we didn't order it but for some reason she had our address listed. We thought she took the order back but we found it today outside our kitchen door. I suggest you write down the address correctly so this doesn't happen again. I felt bad that we had to throw the food away but it was sitting outside too long.

We dined in & the restaurant & bathrooms were well maintained. The girls working at the register were friendly. We have 0 complaints. 🍔🍟🍦
