I never leave reviews bc in not one to usually complain but the last 3 or 4 times I've been here my blizzards are literally a milkshake. The ice cream is literally melted in the cup. Not to mention the last time I was there inside the workers were all messing around while I stood at the counter for 5 min before taking my order. 1 cook, 2 by drivethru and another floating around. Which I didn't understand can only 1 person there take an order? I love the ice cream but I hope they fix the blizzard issue

I really enjoy this fairly recent addition to Galion, but this time I do have a complaint. Got whatever the St Patty's themed shake is and when I got to the bottom, I used my straw to scoop the rest of the strawberry at the bottom into my mouth.It was not strawberry. I removed a relatively large rolled up piece of wax paper or plastic from my mouth and that kind of ruined the DQ experience for me for a bit.I'm sure it was a simple accident and they are usually really good at this location, but I can't help but worry about further issues like that in the future. Fair rating of 3/5 stars.

Consistently the longest drive through around regardless of time of day or number of cars. Which is amazing paired with the fact that half the foods always cold. Last time I was there they made me pull forward and I’m pretty sure they forgot about me. Entire drive thru got their food and left behind me…ordered a #1 combo like nothing crazy. Amazing. 2 stars, because at least they get the cold drinks out quick. One time I also got pretzel sticks and one had the end gone in a very suspiciously bite shaped way
