I just went to this place for a famous bowl ,there was a red 4 door vehicle with two persons in it and they were circling the building ,I went in to order food and when I came back out I noticed they had gotten into my truck (they parked beside my truck)I noticed they pulled back into the drive thru like they ordered food but nobody took any orders when I was inside getting my food.that leads me to believe that the crew members here are breaking into peoples cars and stealing ,please be careful when coming to this store because these strangers can be capable of anything if you catch them in your vehicle, I will not be returning for any reason.

Was told it was my fault we got tenders that was hard as rock and looking burnt. Said we waited too long to pick up. Placed the order at 326 and got there at 345-350. We live about 12 mins away but gave them time to get order ready. Usually they are extremely slow. When we got the food home, we realized the tenders were extremely hard, cold and looked burnt. The fries cold and not full. Called the lady told me on phone it was basically my fault they here hard as rocks, and cold. Told her id be right there and wanted a refund. I get there and the manager said you had the 6 tenders ,I said yes but a refund for all because the fries, and other chicken was cold too. They give me a number to call for refund I was like yeah sure I'll call corporate on you. And she said your a wonderful person. She doesn't know what kind of person I am! Call the number and they wanted to give me 22 for a 37 dollar order that order to get the rest it had to go to upper management, so now I retuned all the food and got nothing for 37.00! Had to go else where to get dinner. And it costed me 100.00. won't ever go back there or to another kfc, corporate won't make it right either. That manager was nasty on the phone and the other was nasty in person. Don't sell crap food then blame the customer and the have the audacity to question what kind of person I am.

Food has been old everytime I've been there and the staff is extremely rude and unhygienic I feel bad for any person that decides to eat at this place it's the nastiest kfc I've ever seen

WISH I CAN RATE LESS THEN 1 STAR...THANKS SHIANNE FOR TELLING ME IT WAS OK FOR THE POSTMATES DRIVER WHO BROUGHT ME A WRONG ORDER, WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE CORRECT ORDER..IM JUST SO HONEST DIDNT WANT SOME ELSE FOOD

The one complaint I have is my order was supposed to be done at 6.31 had to wait until 706 it was finally ready I don't complain much but every time it's like this

Best KFC ever been to. I stop almost every time I'm in the location, we have a KFC where I love but ya get sick anytime ya ever get the guys to stop there cause the craving is REAL!!!!:)

Sadly this KFC has become a hit or miss, you either get quick great friendly service or the complete opposite. I’m not sure if their policy has changed but they now pull everyone, I don’t even know what the point of ordering ahead on their app, the app says to pick up and then they pull you for 15 minutes and no apologies.

We drove 25 minutes to get this chicken and when we got there everyone was super nice and greeted us with a smile, We ordered a mixed bucket of chicken meal. When we got back home 25 minutes away we noticed that there was only original in the bucket. I called the number on the receipt and spoke to Micheal, Micheal was amazing he apologized and without hesitation said I will happily bring you what you should have recieved. He actually drove it the 25 minutes so that we had exactly what we wanted. I was shocked, in a time when it seems like service and doing the right thing has gone out the door Micheal went above and beyond when he didnt have to. This gentleman needs a raise, a pat on the back and to truely be acknowleded for the way he handled the situation. He should probably own a store in the future! We are customers that will now make the 25 minute drive without hesitation! Thank you Micheal for saving dinner!!!!!!
