This location never picks up the phone so I used online ordering. I ordered at 5:14pm for a 5:45 pm pickup and by 5:49 nothing had shown up as being even in the oven. I had this happen once before and they had forgotten to punch it in on their end. I walk in the lady behind the counter asked me to wait while she finished her conversation. I told her my name, she told me the total and I paid. It's after I paid she told me that she hadn't even started my order. Had she told me this from the start, I would have told her to forget it and went somewhere else. I waited another 15 minutes for my order. I live out in the country and I just got home opened the pizza and it's not what I ordered. I tried to call but as usual, no answer after almost 10 minutes. I will be taking the uneaten pizza back in the morning. I won't bother ordering again from Galion little Caesars.

I ordered crazy bread x2 and got home to Willard and all it was was dough not done at all they knew it wasn’t cause they would have seen it since they cut it. I’ve called since Friday and no one answers it gives the little Caesar thing then rings and then nothing. I waited while 2 workers talked like I wasn’t there. Now I’m out $8 and can’t get anyone to answer. What a waste of money. Both bags looked like this picture we drove home from Florida and really wanted this. I just want my money back but no one gives a shit

Lobby has water stains in the ceiling tiles, molding is peeling away. Now here's why I'm not coming back for awhile... I walked in a little after 5 today (11-28-25) wand waited a few minutes not a huge deal what discussed me was a older women prepping food. I with my two eyes watched her wipe her nose and then go right back to pouring sauce on a raw pizza crust. Do I have to pay extra for the added flavoring? Because that's just freaking disgusting..the only reason I even made a purchase is because our kids will only eat this pizza and Dad's had a long LOOONG day.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. The kitchen area I could see was filthy. Looked like they do not clean very well. Ordered way ahead of time and my order still wasn’t ready when I arrived so it was 20 minutes late. The staff were yelling expletives in the kitchen, very professional? I have been coming here for years, and would have given a 5 star review a few years back but now it’s just disgusting. I will never come here again.

Ridiculous that ive called multiple times and have been on the phone on hold for 4 hours and Noone answers the phone. And my phone just eventually hangs up after hours of being on hold. Extremely unprofessional. I just wanted to talk to a manger about me placing an order and paying for it but I placed it at the wrong location and had to end up paying 2xs for dinner with absolutely no answer in sight to get this resolved. Horrible.
Ordered on the mobile app. 2 orders of bacon crazy puffs, got one order of pepperoni, one order of bacon. Also ordered 2 EBN pep. Pizzas, neither had hardly any pepperoni. Or cheese. The crazy puffs are really good ( except they didn't get the topping right on one) but the pizzas were Not good at all. Check your orders before leaving the store! Also the parking lot is way to small!

Ordered over the phone took a little longer to get to the store for my pickup due to traffic etc.. get there and they know nothing about my order? It was placed over the phone they told me the time it would be ready but was it NO because they do not know anything about my order. Oh we can start your order now, I ask how long? 15 minutes. Me, absolutely not. It's been over 30 minutes since I placed the order. Girl says have a good day and Walks away. Piss on this rude arrogant place.
