Ordered on the mobile app. 2 orders of bacon crazy puffs, got one order of pepperoni, one order of bacon. Also ordered 2 EBN pep. Pizzas, neither had hardly any pepperoni. Or cheese. The crazy puffs are really good ( except they didn't get the topping right on one) but the pizzas were Not good at all. Check your orders before leaving the store! Also the parking lot is way to small!

Ordered over the phone took a little longer to get to the store for my pickup due to traffic etc.. get there and they know nothing about my order? It was placed over the phone they told me the time it would be ready but was it NO because they do not know anything about my order. Oh we can start your order now, I ask how long? 15 minutes. Me, absolutely not. It's been over 30 minutes since I placed the order. Girl says have a good day and Walks away. Piss on this rude arrogant place.

I mean it's little Caesars and their pizza typically sucks anyways, but I just received an ordered pizza, and it was the most undercooked absolutely disgusting pizza ive ever had in my entire life, and i am 40 years old. Absolutely dreadful pizza, and the crazy thing is it wasnt a hot and ready. The crazy bread was decent but the pizza needed at least 5 more mins to actually be done. Do better

Little Caesars is imploding. My last experience was at 7:30 pm. They of course won’t answer the phone. The ordering service, once you navigate the terrible automated menu, doesn’t allow any added toppings so after the order, they reveal that the order was not placed. While the phone rang at the Portland Way location, I traveled there to find no one available to help a packed lobby. When I flagged down someone, they said it was a two hour wait and they close at 10 pm so I might not get the order if placed. There were people who had been standing in the lobby for the two hours and counting. We like Little Caesars and want to see this fixed. Right now, it’s run like a place that wants to fail. I left. The previous time we ordered Crazy Bread with extra butter and parm. When I picked it up I asked the manager handing me the order if he was sure the extras on the CB were included. He confirmed. My trust was misplaced. Next time I’ll open it up and check for myself. At home I chose to accept the failure so I could eat the other food while it was warm. We rarely get an entire order that is correct. Looking at the list of previous reviews, it seems that the ownership has no desire to fix the failing operation.

We ordered our 2 pepperoni pizza and 2 pepperoni cheese bread at 5:55pm on our way back from Mansfield. Stopped by Dollar general to grab some stuff then went over thinking hopefully our order was ready. Low and behold it wasn't @ 630pm my husband went in to check and still wasn't ready so I took groceries and kids home unload and go back to get my husband. Got back to little Caesars and it still wasn't ready 730pm finally came out.. waited over 1 and a half hours to get something that was ordered at 5:55pm. Absolutely ridiculous..The gm needs to figure out how to schedule people and especially on Fridays when y'all know they will v busy. This is twice that I've waited this long for pizza this one and the one in bucyrus. No one comes to the counter to check to see if anyone needs to order or even acknowledge anyone. lady of one of the guys there just sitting in there lobby. I will not be returning to little Caesars for anything.

Been standing in their very cramped lobby for over 20 minuets, no chairs, no seating at all not even waiting for my food but waiting to talk to an employee about getting my food. Some of the wurst customer service I’ve ever witnessed, and on top of it all not even any waiting room music, or anything of the like. Just silence. Watching the employees peek around corners hoping we’re gone.

Walked in to place an order.... $14.?? Gave the cashier a $100 bill.... she told me sorry unless your order is over $30 they won't accept a $100 bill ..... so i left with no food .... very poor policy.... the young lady at the counter was super nice

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered food online but it wouldn't allow me to pay online so I selected pay at store. When I got the email that my food was ready I went to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged my existence. Meanwhile four more customers arrived. Nobody came to take any orders. I finally spoke up and said that my food should be ready I was just there to pay. One employee didn't know how to take my payment. Another employee finally came up to help. They were unable to locate my order that was already confirmed through email. I won't return to this establishment.
