Visiting from canada and drove through here from Sandusky to Columbus. I was impressed with the quality of the food compared to canada. I don't usually eat McDonald's in canada because it's terrible and not worth the cost. The food I got from here was delicious and filling.

Bro gonna be honest, I was hungry. They were open at 2230.
Appened this morning around 8am. Can't even put all my food in the bag. This isn't the first time its happened to me. I drive truck and I go through the drive thru and I can't turn around after I've already left in my big rig and go back. Absolute poor rating. Ill go eat wendys breakfast from now on.

3 strikes and YOU ARE OUT, and off my list, NEVER to patronize again. Three times in a row, stopping between 1-4 in the afternoon or late evening, random days of the week, and the milkshake machines are ALWAYS “down” or “broken”. Why is that McDonalds?!?!?? Ironic that milkshake machines were the impetus for Ray Kroc to buy McDonalds originally. You can always count on Arby’s in Galion, OH to ALWAYS be ready to serve milkshakes regardless of time of day, and Wendys in Galion, OH, with better burgers too, and they ALWAYS have Frostys at the ready. McDonalds, you are so, so disappointing!

Workers don't know what the heck they are doing unchanging meals for no reason without even asking takes a year to get someone to even take your order then you wait 30 minutes to get your food all kids work here i havnt seen a single adult worker do not recommend

The fourth of July 2025. The girl at the window was very rude, unfriendly and impatient, we waited a u usually long and finally a guy comes to the window to tell us they dropped one of our 5.79 4 peice strips so we only get 3?!? Um...Also a rude fella who walked away before we were done asking a question?! My ge 3 strips we did get weren't even hot and the burgers were very dry ?! This was the worst experience ever at mcdonalds and I'm sure the company would find to be quite distasteful in nature for customer service!
