I'm going to premise this by saying it's Pizza Hut. You're never going to have an amazing experience here because it's just not the '90s anymore and I'm convinced corporate doesn't once to relive the Glory Days for some unknown sad reason why I don't know. That's beyond my my speck of knowledge. I guess. Tonight. However, the wife ordered a pizza on the way into town. I picked it up. It was nice to actually get a smiling face and a warm pie there. How can I help you and not just another sigh and that deer in the headlight look the most of the employees give you. It's honestly a nice change. Young man who man the pickup window I feel should be greatly recognized. We all know Pizza hut's not going to give him a raise and I'm still not big on the yum food brands. But a good experience definitely makes up for a lot of it. Or at least tonight you did.

So im changing my 5 syar review to a 3. My initial review was for the first 2-3 times we ordered here! It was amazing! We Always get well done here because they like to undercook their pizza here for whatever reason! Well the last 3 times now, weve ordered the same thing we always get, pizza + breadsticks with well done pizza. This was maybe the nastiest pizza ive ever had. It was so full of sauce, so greasy and slimy, and was so undercooked I have no idea how they considered that well done? It was even on the receipt. We may go back to east of Chicago again since theyve messed our pizza up the last 3 times. Get it back together over there! Thanks

I’m a pizza fanatic. Ordered a large pizza from here and it had a soapy taste. When i called to let them know i was unsatisfied they refused to replace the order. I’m sure somebody in Galion out pizzas the hut.

Placed an order at 5:37 was told 6:37 delivery wasn’t delivered till 7:12. I called it’s a nightmare to get ahold of someone at the store. Finally got ahold of a lady who put me on hold for 5 minutes only to be told they lost my order. Would have been nice to receive a credit or an apology. Food came it was okay not exceptional. The only good out of this was the delivery driver was amazing.
