Ordered online and received the best Pizza hut pizza I've had in 20 years. I normally order pickup from the lex-spring mill location but tonight I ordered delivery online and it came from the Galion store. Will only order from this location in the future. It's so much better. the delivery driver was on time, polite and friendly. Well Done! (12/28/25 invoice #65 Ticket #94 if you want to pass this on to the staff)

Our sever was Rheonna and she provided excellent service for me and my husband last night. She made a suggestion regarding our order of wings as I wanted 3 mild buffalo and my husband wanted bq. She had the wings cooked without the sauce, but brought each of us the sauces we wanted. The food was great as well, but Rheonna went above and beyond to get our order right. She is to be commended on the excellent service provided to us. It was clear that she wanted our dine in experience to be one to remember.

Order a thin crust pizza. Crust was to crispy, hardly any sauce, just few banana peppers on it, pepperoni was ok. Not ordering from there again.

The store manager Leona was an absolute delight. She was friendly and her personality is bubbly. The food and the service is excellent.
I'm going to premise this by saying it's Pizza Hut. You're never going to have an amazing experience here because it's just not the '90s anymore and I'm convinced corporate doesn't once to relive the Glory Days for some unknown sad reason why I don't know. That's beyond my my speck of knowledge. I guess. Tonight. However, the wife ordered a pizza on the way into town. I picked it up. It was nice to actually get a smiling face and a warm pie there. How can I help you and not just another sigh and that deer in the headlight look the most of the employees give you. It's honestly a nice change. Young man who man the pickup window I feel should be greatly recognized. We all know Pizza hut's not going to give him a raise and I'm still not big on the yum food brands. But a good experience definitely makes up for a lot of it. Or at least tonight you did.

So im changing my 5 syar review to a 3. My initial review was for the first 2-3 times we ordered here! It was amazing! We Always get well done here because they like to undercook their pizza here for whatever reason! Well the last 3 times now, weve ordered the same thing we always get, pizza + breadsticks with well done pizza. This was maybe the nastiest pizza ive ever had. It was so full of sauce, so greasy and slimy, and was so undercooked I have no idea how they considered that well done? It was even on the receipt. We may go back to east of Chicago again since theyve messed our pizza up the last 3 times. Get it back together over there! Thanks
