The food was great! It was too warm because Air conditioning was not working. At first, the service was fine then when Aimee our server came back and asked if we wanted any refills, my wife asked for another water and Aimee just stared at her for a long time and then said she was offended, the five of us sitting there, looked at each other, dumbfounded wondering what she was offended about. She said she was offended again, and as she walked off, she said she was done serving us and if we wanted another server, we should ask for one. We still have no idea what she was offended about. we did not see her again until she brought us the bill. We were the ones that were offended, We said nothing and did nothing to deserve that treatment. Aimee will not have to worry about serving us again because we will not be back even though we love the Ralphie burgers. Ralphie’s just lost five good customers.

My special needs brother wanted to know the hostess name and a hand shake and she flipped out and acused him of following and harassing her. The manager believed her off the bat and never looked at the cameras to see what happened. It's a shame the food is pretty good. The brunette was the only nice one and didnt make us pay for the drinks

Can't say enough about this great pub. Name that tune is on select Thursdays. Food is always quick and good. They have some cool hamburgers with peanut butter or jalapeño jam. The staff is super friendly. I love this place. We eat here at least twice a month on our way from New Albany to Port Clinton.

1st, we love our Galion Ralphie’s We most always have a very positive experience here. Last night I ordered the Spaghetti and baseballs LOL. We had a minor issue with my meal and mentioned it to the waiter. He sent the Manager, JOE MILLS over to our table. I just wanted to make him aware and nothing more. Joe went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure ours was yet another SATISFYING visit. Great Job Ralphies and Mgr Joe Mills!!!!

Normally a big fan of this place, but this last visit they really dropped the ball food wise. Service was great, the wait was understandable, but minus the cheese wedges the food was something to be desired. Onion rings were gushing greese, the burger had no flavor, and the pop was flat. This all surprised me, as this is not the norm.
We had great service. It's a bar atmosphere with bar food. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Food was good on our visit. We had Fried pickles and bean dip with chips as appetizers and hamburgers, chicken fingers with dipping sauce on the side, chicken quesadilla and chicken chunks all were good.

Ordered to go order spent 42.00 for our order. Got a salad ordered extra dressing and got charged for it.Got no dressing at all and the lettuce was disgusting. Don't go no wonder it dead on a friday.

I don’t like paying for the atmosphere. The food was ok, but I felt it was overpriced. For what we got, I don’t think I’ll go back there anytime soon. I realize that someone has to pay for all those TV’s but I’m just wanting good food, I’m not into television that much.
