My order was delivered to the wrong apartment and cats started eating my food. The driver never called to confirm the address when they couldn’t find it. I called the restaurant to have them send it back out and they said they couldn’t guarantee a driver would take it since they use door dash. I had to go in to pick up my food and ask for a refund for the tip and delivery fee (it was not offered). It is sad that they changed to using door dash since I regularly order delivery from here.

Do not order delivery from this place. I placed an order at 5:30 and set the advanced order for 6:30, and I was expecting my order to arrive at 6:30(that's how every other delivery service works) well, it didn't place the order till 6:30. 7:30 rolls around, and still no pizza. So, I called and they said there must not be any doordashers out. WHAT?!? They use doordash as their delivery service. No where on the website does it say that, it just says 45 minute delivery time. So, they're not clear on the timeline of placing your order, and they don't communicate that they use doordash and they leave you with no way to track your order. I can't speak on their food as this was my first experience with them, and I ended up canceling the order after waiting for 2 hours.
